I was sent a review of my resume that claimed to be individualized feedback on my resume. I was given a person's name and picture that reviewed it "Katie" somebody. Because the feedback came overnight on a weekend, I was skeptical that some hard working person had read and critiqued my resume between Saturday night and Sunday AM.
While it is possible that running resumes through software and tuning them to contain more of the wording that registers on automated systems would be helpful, all the upfront deception is disgusting. I am going to check the box below confirming that I am not a robot. However, "Katie" whomever is a robot. Also ironic is the box I check to certify that my review is genuine and from my own experience - guilty consciences?
I sent them my resume', and they were able to inform me of how it was out-dated. I loved that Katie Warren, my Resume Expert put my resume' through an Applicant Tracking System. It was an eye-opening experience.

I started off doing my resume when I finished college for several reasons. Just finishing college was one and I felt I could. It work at that time, but as a professional it was not really professional. I like passing that responsibility over to a reliable company that could help and did. The hardest part was just saying yes and answering a few questions. I now have a fresh new resume and it looks and sounds professional.
My overall experience was great. The response time between you and the person who's handling your resume is great.
