The work product came back incoherent gibberish. It seemed clear that the work was done by someone who wasn't fluent in English and plugged random words into a form. There was nothing to use or salvage, as it was complete crap.

While the editing of the layout of the resume, highlighting key tasks was done well, I was expecting the writer to suggest enhancements in wordings, overall it was an ok job but I'm reviewing it myself and doing a deep dive to see where I can edit more and highlight certain aspects of the resume

When I paid for this service I bought the resume writing program and the resume distribution service. The resume was well written and a smooth process. Once that was done, it was to be distributed to recruiters. That was an additional 75.00 service I purchased. I am going on 3 weeks with no service. It has not been distributed per the agreement. I have messaged them thru the BOT over and over with no response. I asked them to distribute it or refund me for the service I never received. They have no number to call, no contact information other then the BOT. I am basically out 75.00. I suggest using the resume writing service but limit the adders they push. Beware
