I received a terrible resume and cover letter. I made some suggestions for revision 2 and the writer didn't get me anything until four days AFTER the project deadline. I contacted customer service and didn't get a resolution for two weeks. They said they'd restart my project. It has been almost two weeks, and they haven't matched me with a writer.

Customer service and communication with my writer was excellent. Writer was very responsive and made requested changes within a couple of hours. I am very pleased with my resume and cover letter, it was definitely taken up a notch!

I paid for the full and premium package - the materials provided did not take into account any of the content I shared whatsoever - they issued generic templates which are no better than those in MS Word. I offered to have phone calls and gave advice as to how we can get to a better outcome... all ignored. My costs were a write off and I will go elsewhere. A total waste of time.

It updated my resume perfectly. Very pleased with how it turned out. I'm anxious to see what employers it attracts. The back and forth revisions proved to be really effective. We gradually chiseled it into a finished product I can be proud of.

I purchased a $350 resume package. What was delivered to me was full of misspellings, grammar errors, and incomprehensible bullet points. It was clear the author was not a native English speaker. I asked for corrections and they were not delivered. I asked for a new writer and the next one I got was just as bad. I gave her several chances to correct all the issues but she never did. I asked for a refund, but the company refused.

Hello, I am sure most people who turn to a resume writing site do so because they have a job interview coming up. Top Resume offers an expedited service to receive a draft resume in 48 HRS. Since I was in a rush, I paid the extra 75$ on top of the 219$ After 72 hours I still had no draft, and the writer tried to pass the blame saying she just received my information. That is not what I want to hear when I paid for a service. I advised her that I would be requesting a refund. Top Resume then emailed me asking if I wanted to gift my service to a friend or family member. Why would i want to gift an awful experience and terrible customer service?! Then they asked if I wanted to save my service for another time? Again, not happy with the service and they failed to uphold their end of the expedited agreement so NO I DO NOT WANT THAT EITHER! Then they gave me a refund minus 75$ cancelation fee. Why should I be charged a cancelation fee when they failed to do their service? There are lots of great services out there, but this is NOT ONE OF THEM

A top CV writer was ordered at a cost of 249 dollars.
A writer was assigned immediately, who sent a very poor draft a few days later. As far as I can tell, the writer barely bothered to read and understand my 30-plus-year CV for a C-Level position.
Having exchanged a few emails with the writer, I received another automated email stating that my writer had to withdraw from the assignment due to an emergency... I challenged the writer to think ahead by using language that resonated with my industries and 2023, which clearly resulted in this outcome.
Other automated emails have been received stating that they will assign a Top writer to my order, despite the fact that it was supposed to be my initial order.
Despite today being the deadline, I received another automated email stating that my 'top writer' was busy with other assignments and would contact me shortly...
I am not interested in using a service whose people abuse the trust of its potential clients.
A full refund has been requested.
Shocking experience!

I paid over $320. For a resume build went over it several times with writer they this is what works, after 6 months did not get any interviews, had another service do my resume So very professional I have several offers, ask for refund from Top resume but they keep giving me the run around don't waste your money with them.

The service of the resumes writing was good. However, I paid for a certain package and did not get what I paid for.

Waste of money and time. They will give you generic cover letter and linekin profile you can find anywhere else. I google and found a lot of profiles with the same generic text with minor changes.

My resume was supposed to be for UI/UX Designer and they kept giving me graphic designer content. They are not professional, even though the website looks very trustworthy.
NOT WORTH IT!
