Top resume turned my Chronological resume around to be a technical but creative resume that explains my capabilities instead of my own version that simply listed what I had done.
I am very happy with the resulting resume and could not be happier.
The resulting resume contains all of the search words and is far superior to "my version" in that it engages the reader with capability that requires further investigation, which is exactly what is required from a resume.

TopResume (TR) actually approached me after I submitted against a job on Glassdoor.com. I want to stay far away from any IT work but that's the only type of work I get calls/offers for. After TR ran my resume through their filters is became very obvious why so I signed up for their services. I told the Writer (Jessica C.) that I am trying to move away from all of that so she crafted everything to minimize my being culled for that type of work. Excellent company! I tried to write my own resume by using a company I found online. The results were very unprofessional. I wrote my own resume using their templates, however, I was u able to edit spacing or bullets and the final result was terrible. That is when I decided to use Topresume. They did an amazing job and the results are very professional! They are very prompt and communicate with you often to get the results you want. It's an excellent company that I recommend highly!

I freely admit that my resume did not have any type of WOW factor. I took the opportunity to have Danielle rewrite my resume based on my past work history and achievements. My resume was too passive and outdated. It wasn't passing the 30 second review or the filtering process. I reached out to TopResume, and as promised within 48 hours I was assigned to Rich, and he presented me with a draft of my revised resume. My original resume was too passive, and perceived me as a doer not an achiever. It lacks language that showed my years of accomplishments.
Rich was very professional and easy to work with. As he was working on my LinkedIn profile, he came across a few minor errors, and notified me immediately, with the second correct revision attached. My resume was outdated and I'm an older person trying to get back into my field. Soozy at TopResume did a fine job as far as I'm concerned. She communicated well with me.
I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this site. And I as yet have not had any job offers from posting my new TopResume developed resume. However, I only posted my resume January 1st and it is only January 11th. So, I am in a wait and see mode. I am a trusting person and would like to believe Soozy and TopResume were not just a cut & paste scam outfit. We shall see.

I had a great experience working with Paula. My resume looks great and my Cover Letter makes me look good! This is not my first resume but it had been a while since I had a professional review it. Apparently my resume wasn't filtering properly through applicant screening systems. It read all wrong for the technology screening capabilities of systems today. It reads so much better now.
