I paid for the 2 day/48 hour turn around on the executive package. 5 days later I received a 1st draft that had blatant lies, contradictions and a 4" thick run-on sentence. I gave the writer app 2 dozen documents to peruse, 2 days later not a single word from them I emailed them again to see how things were going... 2 days after that, the final day of their agreement, I am told it has been extended, but it will be closed, I can expect another draft soon. I told them to drop my case, stop working on my resume, and 4 hours later, I get an email with some attachments... 12 days crammed into less than 4 hours of work... AFTER I asked them to stop working on my resume. 50 DKP minus.

If you listen to what others are saying, it appears some were happy, some were not, in my case, I received more contacts with the resume that I paid for than what I had written.
In the end, all I needed was to get a "foot in the door". TopResume did that in my opinion... It was up to me when I had a "foot " in the door...

I had a very good experience wit TopResume. As a senior marketer with a very diverse background from professional sports to media to pharma, my resume was out of hand. You need an outside perspective to fine tune and optimize for resume scanners and overall recruiter search. I used the top level of service option and it was well worth it. The writer did a great first draft and with my feedback, that is always needed as it's your history you have to communicate to the writer, we were able to dial it into a polished final. This included a well thought out and clean cover letter template to use.
I have used other services over the years but would recommend these guys. Others charge way, way more and don't deliver.
I purchased the Executive Priority package and was well pleased with the results. The process actually made me review my work history and various work experiences in a different way that highlighted the value of my accomplishments.
