I paid $189 for a resume and cover letter rewrite. I also paid $75 for a LinkedIn profile. I received the LinkedIn profile, which was completely amateur. I never received the resume and cover letter. I contacted them twice to tell them I had received nothing, but they just responded generically that these had been sent. I then disputed the charge of $189 with my credit card company. TopResume provided them faked emails in which they claim to have sent me the products twice. They only time I saw what they claimed they provided, was fro my credit card company, and it was total amateur. However, they never provided me the product, and by their generic responses, I would guess they are run from an off-shore and or third world country. Take my advice, and do not waste your money on these sham artists. Update - The reply from "Whitney" of TopResume "Customer Support" is fake as well. Emailed them, and never received a response. Fortunately, my credit card company canceled the charge. TomResume is horrible in quality and service. In a word, a sham.

I purchased the whole nine-yard package which included a resume, cover letter and two revisions, as well as LinkedIn profile true up and posting on chosen career job sites. Kaycee was my professional writer and she did an outstanding job on both my resume and cover letter! The quality of the work was just was I was hoping for with the polished design, keyword optimized choices of wording, and attention to detail. Julie was very patient in working with me around my overloaded work schedule.The end result of her suggestions were just what I was looking for!

My resume didn't seem to be getting me the responses I had hoped. After doing some research, I found that the problem could be the formatting due to the ATS technology used. TopResume proved my suspicions were right when I took their free resume review offer. I am a skeptic to many of these online offerings but took the plunge and signed up for the Executive Priority package. I was pleased with the quick turn around time. Betsy was my writer and the formatting changes made a huge impact and highlighted my skills and expertise in a more concise manner. It took a few rounds to finalize the content and I appreciated Betsy's insight throughout the process. The cover letter template was helpful but the LinkedIn profile update could have been done on my own.

Melodee of TopResume provided me an excellent resume. What I liked about her support is that she listened to my feedback on the first draft and the second draft incorporated my feedback. An advantage of using a service like TopResume is to get an independent review of your resume. Typically a person has seen their resume so many times that they have lost any perspective on how it looks to a person who sees it for the first time.

As I have paid for the 249 package, I tried to lower my standard and tried to be nice. However, after I claimed my concernt to my writer LIN about the format and a few points for my cover letter,
All they have done is just MOVE ONE PARAGRAPH FROM BOTTOM TO MID! And CHANGE ONE SENTENCES!

What is more, I tried to contact them on 23/02/2016, the writer LIN just said he has reported to the support team, and refuse to change my resume ever since, and I have never heard back from them yet till now 27/02/2016.

I have try all of their email, not reply what so ever. Only one thing is true, THEY ARE VERY BUSY! Dealing With Complains which they must get tones of them.

I decided to revamp my resume and search for a new job, and wanted every advantage i could get at this point so I decided to give top resume a shot. The resume review made some very valid points regarding my own efforts and the results were amazing. Betsy created a wonderful one page snapshot of my qualifications and accomplishments as well as a professional and well worded cover letter all fully editable for me to adjust to my needs further down the road. Great job Betsy and Top Resume!

Ill be the first to tell you, ill be the best man for the job your looking to hire for, but I'm not the best at describing what i can do and bring to the table on paper. Over the phone and in person yes, but not on paper. I brought my issue with this to TOPRESUME, and within a couple days, i was contacted, and started to work with a very helpful and attentive person named Jennifer. She took my experience and turned it into a work of art with words on paper. I would absolutely recommend this company to help you with your resume. Just remember, the more specific and in depth you are with explaining what you want, the more they can help you.
