I enrolled for Career Evolution Resume Writing package with Top Resume. I am very much impressed with the service level they offered to me. Back end technical team is highly skilled and understands the current market trend very well. I was given sufficient time for review the first draft and all my suggestions were incorporated in the final version after discussion.

I am satisfied with the service levels of TopResume and I have no reservations to recommend this company to anyone.

I hired them once they sent me a good discount, so I hired the most complete package which assures you to have a Top reviewer, a LinkedIn profile, a "cover letter" and all the edition service of your Resume.
I found that they collected very effectively my money. But after I sent them all my information, which was extense, they took several days to contact me back. It surprised me that they sent me a draft version of my CV and a "cover letter" that were a complete joke
It was evident that they did not even read my resume, because they included a fifth of my work experience and one third of my studies, but what really pissed me off was that the CV they sent me was 90% different of my experience & Skills, and the cover letter they sent me, was totally not applicable to me.
I complained about this, they replied 4 days later (they only give you 7 days to review) with a newer version, which was a little bit more complete, but was still oriented to other type of person, not alligned to my experience. I sent my comments immediately back, and then I received a newer version (3 days later) after the deadline to review. They just sent me a notice saying "since your time to review has ended, we have concluded our services with you". I complained back and I never heard from them again.
Beware of this Fraud company!

Can I get a refund.? I was not satisfied with the results. Too confusing. They seemed to reword a lot of my own. Also, the cover letter is wordy with a run on sentence.

I worked with Sarah at Top Resume on the EXECUTIVE PRIORITY package. I'll keep my review short. As soon as started distributing my new resume and updated my LinkedIn profile, not only did I immediately begin to get more interest, the quality of that interest increased dramatically. I stated having completely new conversations about much higher level roles. I would absolutely use them again, AND I am recommending them to everyone.

First let me say I wanted to believe in their sell points so I signed up for all of their package. 24 hour turnaround, all the letters and resume, the Linkedin etc.

They did not understand their own features 24 hour turn around means just that. I basically got my 1st draft 4 plus days later and that resume had non of the job titles I worked. I was like this is a nice resume for and operational development person, where my jobs were in purchasing -planning - warehousing and inventory. I was like did you even read my resume. So I ended up pulling down an example from their site. I said this is more me - my writer nearly re-wrote my resume based on the information I supplied to him. NICE JOB, I didn't even have to pay for the example lol.

Okay so then the writer sends me my revised resume and cover letter, again communication issues in it but worse of all it is not compatible. Further letters were not spell checking even and there miss-spelled words and language that wasn't write.

The company basically said they would credit me for the turn around $125, have not received it. I was told they would post my new resume to job boards and that wasn't done unless you call the truck driving jobs that are all of a sudden coming to my inbox.

I am totally dissatisfied. I want a full refund from this company. OH and if you like spending this much money and not have a phone number to call by all means give them your money as they will not follow through in a timely manner or work with you. They will just tell you the time has expired to work on the re-work. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use this service.

Before getting my resume done at TopResume, I thought that by using a resume program and doing it myself my education and experience would be the selling point and I would be ok. NOT! I was getting nothing not even rejection emails. I found TopResume from a job search engine and I was little apprehensive because I didn't think someone was really going to look it over. I am so thankful that I did, Cheryl(TopResume Writer) captured all the focal points and made my resume speak volumes. Since Feb 2016 I've had 2 phone interviews with one being in Georgia where we are looking to relocate. Thank you TopResume and Cheryl it was truly worth it!

I love my new resume, it looks and sound so very professional. I have asked TopResume to rewrite my resume as I did not have the time or the "know how" for this type of professional market and I got the best service for which I am a stickler for.
