Dawn was responsive and tailored my resume to my specific, unique industry. My resume was given a complete makeover, and the finished product looked refreshing and modern.

First version of a revised resume they sent was barely English. After I complained they set me up with a writer to make a new version. While it was much better it has resulted in no interviews and they have not responded to my emails or feedback.

Hello. I was surprised after purchase that I only had 7 days to work with my writer. The writer was responsive at first. They even worked with past 7 days. But then they ghosted and my LinkinIn profile was never finished.

My top 10% guy (which I paid over $400 for) was not on top of time constraints within his company and billing. I almost disputed with AMEX, go somewhere else.

This service was a complete waste of time and money. If you are unemployed do not waste your money on this. The writer did not even get the location correct for a job on my resume on the final draft that I was sent. They are not great to work with and do not take your opinions into consideration.

I reserve rating until I see if this one works. This is my 3rd paid resume and 2nd cover letter service so I am skeptical. It's a shame, unjust, and part of the discriminatory practices, that we have to relay on this service and not the 20+ years hard work and experience to get a HR - real person to read our resumes.

Working with Amelia has been great. She was patient, thoughtful and understanding. The first draft of my resume was 95% of what I needed with a few small changes. I hope to be able to work with her in the future should I need more resume help.
