I liked that TopResume sends you an extensive survey and questionnaire to get a good sense of exactly what you want out of the resume revision. The edits made to my resume were very insightful. My only complaint is that the review process was somewhat delayed. The revisions were not made in the timeline they provided and replies in further edits were also delayed.

I did the instant resume review and agreed with the issues my resume had. Decided to give it a shot for resume and cover letter. It took longer than expected (more than a week) to receive my first draft hence the star I took off in the rating. I was very happy with the writer, Jessica. She was very attentive and always responded to my emails. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I did not spot any typos in the drafts. I was very concerned that from 3 pages of resume we were down to 1 and a half but Jessica explained that we are to get the attention of the hiring manager and then during an interview I will go into depth of each position. Overall, my experience with TopResume was excellent. I was assigned to Kellen, a very impressive writer who helped me polish my existing resume from a passive language to an action/achieving linguistic result. I was very impressed with my first draft, I only had a few suggestions, but Kellen was very patient and professional in handling my request.
