TopResume was very easy to do business with. I had a professional editor rewrite my existing resume. The I took advantage of the offer from TopResume to run it though their applicant tracking software - not too happy with the content of the report I received back from them. I was very hesitant to pay for someone to rewrite my resume, and it was expensive - especially while being unemployed. But I went ahead with it, and Laura did an awesome job! Very fast, very friendly, answered every question. So I decided to also do the LinkedIn rewrite - but totally the opposite experience! A WASTE of money! It took them an entire month, I don't know where they came up with the info they wrote, they were EXTREMELY SLOW in responding to emails, and ignored almost all of my questions. When I complained, I got a major runaround. I had to do it myself after a month of frustration.
