Dominque A. Was my writer and did a great job on my resume. They asked a few clarifying questions to be sure they had a understanding of my accomplishments to produce the first draft. If I had questions the response time was quick. After a few minor adjustments the second draft was sent. Dominque was extremely accommodating and did everything to make me happy. At first I did not want to leave any feedback, but I decided why not. I did not like the service, communication and final product I got.
I contacted and pay for my resume because English is not my native language and I was needed help with correct English and technical part as well.
When I got my first draft, I was really confused, because in technical terms it was copy/paste from my own resume I sent as an example, and some parts of this resume was not written right in technical terms and was just copy/paste to my draft.
I asked the writer if she has a technical knowledge in field I am working (her English was perfect, no questions, but resume is not only about English) I think she got angry, she wrote to me that she is professional and know what she is doing. When I asked about some changes, I got answer in 4 days, and changes she made I did not like at all. She never asked any questions and communication was zero, I felt like she doesn't care at all.
At the end I am not Front End/Full Stack Developer; from resume she wrote I more like Web designer with set of technologies I even was not ever working with. I don't know how she even came up with those technologies.
But formatting was good.

I've purchased the Executive Plan on a Sunday night, was matched with a writer within an hour and around Monday mid-day got the first draft. It took only 3 iterations of questions and adjustments to come to the final results and it was all done until Wednesday noon.

Final resume looked highly professional, nicely organized, focused on important details.

As a minor setback I can mention the Executive Plan said they will reorganize my LinkedIn profile as well, but instead I've received guidelines how to do it myself. The guidelines were personalized to my specific profile with text from my professional experience, so it's probably a security related decision to not ask for any credentials and direct update.

In general I'm highly satisfied, would recommend their services to anyone.
