I was partnered with Ellen N. To help me get a resume that would highlight my career, and she did just that. The response time was great and the turnaround for the finished product was exceptional. She needed no direction from me, and she quickly took care of the changes I had requested which were wording and additions. She took care of the changes quickly and had them back to me with four days to spare. She did an excellent job of formatting and DID NOT use out of date wording. It was also written so that it is appropriate to use for a career change. Great job! My expectations were exceeded, and I am more than satisfied with my end result.

I hate writing résumés and they were able to update my work experience and prioritize what I needed to feature without much struggle on my side. The critique helped me see what I needed to change and I was able to offer paragraphs of my achievements to them to summarize. The only issue I had was overstating my abilities in my first revision, but with my input the 2nd rewrite nailed it! My cover letter was bland, but I was easily able to customize it to each role I've applied for.
Monster offered a free resume critique and it was very helpful. Based on that, I decided to go with them for a full resume rewrite and cover letter. The results were very professional and I would recommend them to my friends.
