I had an excellent experience with Top Resume! The platform involves answering questions in detail and made it really easy to describe my skills and accomplishments. I haven't had a conventional job history, I've worked in diverse roles and my previous resume didn't offer a story, it was just a bullet list of duties at each one. I used their service as I had not updated my resume in about 8 years and I'd never had it reviewed by a professional. Sign up was easy and due to a discount, I chose the package with letters and a LinkedIn review. The return service was regularly prompt. I think they may have focused a bit too much on general finance and less on some of my lending background. But over all they did a great job enhancing my profile. And have the letter templates is an added comfort as well.

I am very impressed with the magic that was performed on my resume by TopResume! They did a resume analysis for me. Based on that I bought the $129 package. After a week, I got a resume back which was a 90% cut and aspe of what I had submitted to them. They never used any of the additional materials I sent. They didn't even fix what they found in their own analysis.

The service is a very bd job. Most of their dollars are spent in slick marketing and their writers are not good (at least the one which did mine). They offered to put me with a more experienced writer, but I just didn't have any patience to deal with these scam artist. I knew I would be going back and forth with so much of my own time spend on it that I am better off writing the resume myself which is what did and it turned out great!

Stay away from these guys and don't give your hard earned money.
