I had a great experience with Top Resume. They took my generic long resume and cover letter and simplified it not to show so many positions. Also they rewrote both with real specific job descriptions and eloquent words.

Dominque asked lots of questions to make sure all the information I provided was correct and delivered in a powerful way on my documents. TopResume gives exactly what they promise: an opportunity to upload pertinent documents to help the resume writer, a 48-hour turnaround on the initial draft (if you buy the premium package); interaction with the writer (Barbara was my writer, and she did an excellent job!), and subsequent drafts to meet my satisfaction. I also was in for a LinkedIn page makeover.

Overall, a great rewrite, up to date for all scanning and posting and job site purposes (key words maximized) that summed up and promoted what I have done and can do. Such a confidence-builder as well!
