This place is a rip off, they take advantage of unemployed customers. You tell them what you want on your resume and cut it in half and then they send you a Resume that is not adequate, then they make one change (so they say) and then say they will not make any more changes. You call your Credit Card Company and after many emails they say that because their "no refund policy" they cant do anything. Basically you are giving your Money away to Top Resume. You will then have to call Master Card or Visa directly and go around your bank policies to let them know that your bank who is supposed to be helping you broke the guidelines set by Master Card or Visa. Bottom line "DO NOT USE THEM" I even send the crappy Resume they did to another company and they deemed it to be only 70% efficient. TRUST ME DONT USE THEM

If I could sum up the experience in three words: They get you. I bought the resume, cover letter, and linkedIN package. I haven't finalized my last element but the delay has been on my part. They are proactive and quick to turn out and turnaround your documents based on your edits and areas of emphasis. They are well formatted, and easily adaptable products. You couldn't ask for more.

Like many of professionals, I felt I had the skills to develop my own resume effectively. After years and years of re-working my resume to try to find a "one-size-fits-all" resume, I began to think I might be including too much information. I came across a TopResume ad on Facebook that offered a FREE evaluation and decided to try it out. When I received the evaluation, at first I was slightly offended but after really looking at what the evaluator saw, I couldn't help to agree. I thought I could make those changes on my own. However, I went ahead and decided to leave it to the pro's. WOW! What a great resume they did for me! This was my first experience with a professional resume service. TopResume turned out to be a great choice for me. Very easy to work with, my resume writer contacted me almost as soon as I clicked "submit". I decided to use top resume after using a resume writing service several years ago with great success (found through Monster.com's recommendation) and was I wrong. First review came back with writer not following my request for updated resume, as well paid $50 2 day express delivery! WASTE of MONEY as final result was not great, and well over 2 days; nor did I confirm final version was ok. All together cost about $180 and doubting final result

TopResume went above and beyond. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They put key words on my resume that will attract the attention of Talent Scouts. I thought my resume looked good before. There is no comparison from my old to my new resume. I would recommend them to anyone.

Its been some time since I have been in the market for a job, and I was using an out of date format that wasn't making it thru HR reviews utilizing the latest evaluation techniques.
