I was honestly unsure about trusting TopResume with my Resume and Cover Letter after reading so many mixed reviews, but I'm honestly so thankful for them! Amber N was my writer and she was so friendly and asked as many questions as she needed to write an authentic resume and cover letter. When it was time for revisions, although I hardly needed any at all, she was very quick to respond with changes and was super responsive during all e-mails. I would absolutely recommend TopResume to anyone who wants their resume to stand out as professional and creative.
TopResume is great for re-focusing your resume on accomplishments instead of tasks. They also did a great job formatting my resume. However, they do not have the legal expertise to help with the substance. The cover letter sounded like a typical canned letter with repetitive statements.
