I was a bit hesitant to get started as I've never had to pay someone to revise my resume and write a cover letter before, but I wasn't having the best of luck in the job market. Their analysis of my resume opened my eyes to the initial problems, and they had the answers.
The process went smoothly, on time, and Gina, whom I worked with, was wonderful. She did everything I asked. In detail, she turned my resume into something I never imagined. Not design-wise, but wording-wise (what you're paying for). I was blown away by the first draft. What she was able to pull out of my regular resume and turn it into, was nothing short of amazing. I felt proud of what I've accomplished after reading what she put together.
It can be a bit of an expensive purchase for some, but if you're serious about having a well put together resume (or more), it's worth it. I have a lot of accomplishments for my relatively short career life, but I wasn't able to put it down on paper that'd wow people. Gina was able to do exactly that.
If you want to sound more accomplished, experienced, and capable on your resume; then this is your answer. I would recommend to anybody if you're okay with the price that comes along with their expertise and service.

Resume took a few iterations but in the end I was satisfied with the final result. The cover letter seems a bit dry and could use work but it gets the the point, and Im willing to try it. The format of the resume is better than what I was using, as is most of the content.
After paying for a competitors service - and ultimately complaining and getting a refund - due to numerous typos, using wrong names and sloooooooow service I opted for this service. I wish I had used them from the get go.
I was allocated a writer (Wendy) very very quickly and was sent a first draft of revised CV, letter and Linkedin profile within 48 hours. The letter was perfect, and the CV only need miniscule adjustment as a result of me not providing enough information in the first place. I had a finished article I was happy with within another 2 days.
I have not submitted it yet, but the quality and speed of service I have received to date has been superb. I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

I was very hesitant at first to pay this much money for something I believed I should just be able to do myself. Who better knows me than myself. Working with Cindy, I got moved into the 21st century job market with a fully updated CV and cover letter. She opened my eyes to things I was not aware of and how to better present myself and my achievements.
Lori was able to interpret my previous resume and further notes and rewrite them into a more streamlined and readable format. The turn around were timely and everyone was professional and nice to work with.
My writer gave me my first draft in three days, I could tell my writer made some improvement but it's still not in good shape( My writer changed my resume to 1.5 page, which is weird).
For the second draft, my resume was extended to two pages by adding some my projects.
My writer rephrase my word in a more professional way which I think is the most useful part.
Don't expect a new resume in a few business days, but if you plan to look for a new job in a few weeks, this is a good service.
I got some very good feedback on my resume and decided to let is be rewritten by Topresume. I took the package which also includes a cover letter and LinkedIn profile. My experience:
- Topresume seems like an experienced company that knows what recruiters are looking for.
- The writer wants to think with you and gives you time for revision.
- The end result feels a bit over the top. I understand people want to see your experience, but it feels like I singlehandedly saved the company I work for.
- The template is very basic and focused on automated resume reading. It is not very visually stimulating.
- The cover letter is a bit of a let down. It is usable, but to me it doesn't scream "Invite me, because I really want that job".
The customer service of Top Resume is pathetic They never replies to your email or returns your phone calls
1. Misspelled Marketing on the final draft.
2. Didn't listen to most of my comments and edits
3. Clearly didn't understand marketing job function with simple mistakes made on writing
4. The cover letter was TERRIBLE.
5. Very slow

I really enjoyed my experience working with this guys, they asked me the right questions so I could focus the aim of my resume and also have some order of my work experience. The outcome was really good. I got a really happy surprise.
My resume had a lot of work needed when I sent it over. The person who worked with me was nice and kept me up to date. The end product was great, perfect wording and proper structure.
