She urged me to contact customer service and somebody would be in touch right away. They were - and said tough luck we cant help you. Don't wast your money with these people - there are plenty of legitimate firms in this space
I paid these guys to craft an effective LinkedIn profile. They took my resume and existing profilr and shuffled a few words, adding no new content and zero value. Shop around before working with these folks - they are amateurs
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They over charge, refuse to refund the overcharged amount. The resume template used is severely outdated, with numerous grammatical errors, it is a UK based company, with an. Au domain yet their spelling and grammar is in an American format.

They took my overly long, wordy & excessively bullet pointed CV & turned it into a way more concise version with good use of key words. Happy
I sent in my resume for a "professional" rewrite. They said I needed a strong summary. They put exactly what I originally sent them in my resume. So much for a "professional rewrite" - as well as stronger language. They eliminated some of my. Education, and half of my work experience, including part of my current employment. They pretty much took what I gave them, cut stuff out and gave me a title that I had never heard of. What was left was all the same wording that I had in my original resume.

I decided to use TopResume because of the scan that they did of my current resume. The feedback and pointers on my current resume made sense. I also wanted help writing a cover letter because I was interested in applying for a company that was outside of my industry. My resume writer gave me a first draft that was visually appealing. There were formatting errors and specific product names that were typed incorrectly. I let my resume writer know that but some of the same mistakes were there the second time. I think it helps if you correct the resume directly on the document they send you rather than make a bullet list of what you want corrected. Despite those things, I was pleased with the wording and visual appearance of my resume.
Recently, I began searching for a new job. I updated my resume and submitted it to several companies expecting them to contact me immediately. A few weeks went by. No response. TopResume offered to critique my resume for free in an effort to identify ways that I could improve it. After reviewing their suggestions, I allowed them to modify my resume accordingly. Complete transformation! The format and content was made dramatically different. I applied to jobs with my updated resume and obtained two interviews within a week. The recruiters mentioned how impressed they were with my resume's appearance. TopResume is the primary reason why my opportunities have increased and I'm very thankful for that.
I rated Top Resume 5 out of 5 because the service was outstanding. My writer Jamie was amazing and took the time to read thru the material I sent which included job descriptions as well as my past experience and achievements. I was sent a first draft which is great and we made some minor adjustments for the final draft. I also ordered a cover letter which I feel is a great bonus. The pricing is great compared to other companies who charge double or triple for the same service. I would highly recommend their service to everyone.
The process of submitting my resume for a professional rewrite was amazing! The whole process took less than two weeks, and I love the result. While I was initially impressed by the survey and info requested to get a new resume, the expert took long time to answer my queries, sent a relatively poor draft resume and did not respond to my comments on it - simply sending another time almost the same proposal. I paid for a full package with suggestions for my LinkedIn too and have been waiting 2 weeks for it. After comparing prices with other services I regret to have used this service!

I wasn't sure how best to format my resume and which keywords resonated with companies.
