I think there are better resume writing services out there. This company charges to speak with an actual writer, which is bizarre. I was rushed and was expected to have my order closed out within a week. Horrible, customer service. I finally was reassigned to a writer by the name of Jenny who did a great job, I am not unhappy with her, I am unhappy with the business model and the poor customer service experience due to the company's way of doing things. I will not recommend Top Resume to anyone going forward. And for the record, I paid to have my LinkedIn profile rewritten and it was a complete waste of money. I was handed a template, which I could have done myself. Very disappointed.

I did not like the communication or lack of. The resume turned out ok but could've been made to look better and I should've had more opportunity to work with the writer and get feed back but I didn't.

I was hoping they would improve my resume. What came back felt like it was written for a junior sales or marketing role, rather than an experienced IT project manager. Then no response for some time when I complained. They then assigned another writer, who was just as bad and will not enter into a dialogue. They will not answer direct questions. I sent my original and new versions to 3 people, each said my original was better for me. Do not waste your money on these people.

After 30+ years in the workforce, I needed help in crafting a pretty diverse background. TopResume was great to work with. I felt they were able to pull together the best of my resume and make it clear and concise. The consultant assigned to me was great. We had a couple of reviews until I felt it really described well my personality, accomplishments, education and experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who feels their resume needs a "tune up."
I worked with my specialist in order to revise my resume. After a week and one revision, I was content with the result and posted my resume online. Not even a day passed and I was getting multiple views, emails, and even some calls.

I was very surprised as I expected a personal service making my CV better than it was before, whereas what TopResume sent me looks like something coming out of a "google translate" type automated tool. The CV has lost all of its specificity and multiple points are grossly incorrect. I have exchanged multiple times with the reviewer, but there were too many comments. Maybe this service would have been good if I had no CV to begin with, but in my case, I have lost 200$ in a scam. I have asked for a refund but have not received it yet.
I can't add anything or change my resume to taylor it to a company without a membership to edit.
