Not many items or from the US

I have order many many items from Tophatter. I am not very happy that the most of them or from China, poorly made, and take forever to get. Also the descriptions are not what the items really are.

Fun and exciting.

Mostly junk

I have ordered many items from this site and 75% of it is pure junk. The carpet robot did not pick up from the rug or floor. I believe the majority of this stuff can be purchased at the dollar store. Many of the items in the pictures are deceiving.

Fishing lures were a box the size of a deck of cards, very deceiving, when I tried to give an honest bad review the system blocked everything except 5 stars. I then tried sending email through there template and it would not send. Very bad business

As you mentioned, you are also able to review items. It definitely isn't a common issue that only a 5 star rating would be available, that doesn't sound right at all and we would love to address this concern. Unfortunately, I am unable to address the concern via a social platform.

When you contact us through your My Orders or Contact Us page, our support team will reply within 12 hours, and usually much sooner. If you haven't received a response, please check your Spam folder and mark "Not Spam" on any emails from Tophatter that are found there. I've bid on and won over 30 items over the past year or so but it always seem that when I win a exceptional item with a bid that is quite low, the seller just drags their feet sending it till the automatic late shipping time frame kicks in and Tophatter just takes it upon their self to refund the money with no good explanation! I have also had an item be sent and delivered to the other side of the country. How does that happen? Just beware of the old saying..."if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!"

Total rip off!

None of the items I received match the quality of the item as shown. This site shows pictures of brand name items and good quality items. What you actually get is extremely cheap (and often useless!) "knock offs" from China. Every, single item I bid on, won, and received was immediately given to "Goodwill". Do not waste your time or money. This site should be considered fraudulent in what they claim to offer and what you actually receive.

Such a deal...!

Buyer beware

Nearly all of the products I have ordered are not as described! Also they never share the negative reviews, only the positive ones! This company is clearly based out of China as that is where all the items come from. Many times there add will claim 100 % genuine white or yellow gold and it is not white or yellow gold at all! I have also received broken items or items missing most of their pieces! The quality of the products are poor!
