Like omg the buyer complains about a item but honestly guys the seller is making no money at all tophattter takes basically all the profit for any item being sold the fees are unlike anything I've ever seen they have a fee for everything how do I refund a buyer there item which was only three dollars but I get charge 6.58 in refund fees then they charge you another processing fee I don't see how they have any sellers the fees are crazy and expensive than any site out there

Great. A company that has quality products. They have cbd oil for pain for diabetics who have nerve pain. This way they do not have to take prescription drugs for pain. I will use them in the future for my nerve pain.

A few occasions sent counterfeit products when advertised genuine products. Missing items and refusing to refund my money. Give me tracking information in Chinese and expect me to understand it when I've asked for English! I know why the items are cheap on this site, it's because they are poor in quality and that's if you are lucky enough to receive them. Stick to Ebay or Amazon!

I have accidentally activated offers more than once by scrolling through items and the last time it happened (at night), when I called Tophatter the next morning I was told you allow only ONE hour to cancel an order after placed. This cost me $16.00 and I am not a happy customer. Please consider adding a scroll bar to avoid this problem.

Unpaid orders can be canceled by following these steps:

Products are junk, smaller cheaper made than they appear. Refund policy is a joke. It cost more to return it than it did to buy it! Robot is plastic drags around the white cloth which is attached with stuck on Velcro

I was definitely give this site five stars but who's watching the sellers? The listed items as new and they're not, listed a certain brand and it's not, you bid on items and you can't possibly win because they're priced too high to which most of these items can be found cheaper on Wish.com. I love the excitement of the app but it needs to be watched for deceivers.

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
