I ordered dolce and gabbana light blue from a merchant in tophatter per the pictures I provided they stated authentic, very misleading the scent does not even come close. Very disappointed never ordering from them again perfumes are knock offs. I take responsibility I pay cheap I get junk.
At first it was hard to believe with free shipping involved but I've had over 25 wins and everything except for one made it secure and undamaged. I would advise people to give it a try.

"All I can say is that 'Topphatter' is the BEst, WEll Run, Fun to Shop, HAs the Most Interesting ITems, HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and can become almost addictive... in a pleasant way... shopping experience. The products are genuinely interesting and the prices... though competitive with each shopper involved, make for a wonderfully motivating experience.
The Best Part... besides the quality of the products... is the part about making the shopper '100% Stisfied.' The vendors stand by their products and I have not had a single argument with any of them in any of my purchases. The few problem areas were returned and refunded or credit is given without any fuss.
The site is easy to use, it has a lot of perks for those of us who shop online and I believe that if there is a product you are looking for and have not found... this might be the place to find it.

Sometimes its great, and then it not so great. Like when you won a tablet and you paid forty dollar or more for it, it works, but its in chinese. I don't send anything back, cause things from over in China can take to long to receive... But I still like Tophatter

For the most part I have managed to get rather good deals. On the other hand, I bought some major junk. Most everything comes from China so it's hit or miss and the delivery time sometimes takes months to arrive.

It is a real disappointment to open a package from Tophatter to find it broken or something you could of bought from the dollar store but you paid $10.00 for it. Try to send it back and you have to send it to China and pay postage

It is hard to believe how simple and easy Tophatter actually is!
They have been real easy to work with when I have had problems. Some items are a little questionable, but going back to the ad, well, I should have paid closer attention! While other items have been better than expected. I love this site!

Answer: There is also the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION that can help with these types of problems

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
