Two products were as described and great. All three had quick swapping (& all three were from different companies!)
Only one was inferior. - very small, not well made and cheap looking.

So far I haven't been very satisfied with the products Tophatter has sent. They are very cheeply made and the clothing runs really small.
Most of my auction wins have been low cost small items. I have also won a few items of clothing JUNK to be nice, poor quality leather jacket that was not as advertised and sized incorrectly. Also took excessive to for delivery. Shipping cost to return was almost the cost of the item so why send it back. Stuck with ugly jacket that doesnt fit..

The items I have bought are beautiful but sizes tend to run small. I would suggest ordering 2 sizes larger than normal. Other than that the clothes look like they are good quality and look just like the picture.

They cancel orders that you pay less than the value. Always late and never accept responsibility. They want consumers but choose to lie or cheat them.

Most all i recieved so far has been great,,, ordered fleece hoody nov 30 th it was shipped dec 4 spose to be delivered by dec 20,, still not her dec 26,,, not tracking either, evrything else has been good... only thing if you can wait3 to 4 weeks for your item or items no problem, i will see if i ever get the long zippered hoody,, or not,, have 7 more things coming, jan 10 to jan 14 2020. I will see if they come,, ty, great prices on all i ordered... be careful to read what your getting, out door lights say 10 light, or 8 lighht, well you get 1 strip with 10 lights or 1 circle light with 8,, solar,,,, i figured it out befor i bought them,, read carefully...

Shipping times they state are NOT accurate. Be aware you may not receive your items for up to four to six weeks. Quality of some items is good, but quality of some items is very poor, cheaply made, and do not work. However, they issue a full refund very quickly with very few questions. Shop at your own risk with this review in the back of your mind.

I have had a few items that I won at auction when I got them they either was not as advertised or was defiantly a returned item. The last one was given as gift I made the mistake and did not check it out before wrapping it up as a gift now because it was past the 30 limit I am just stuck with a piece of junk and it makes me look bad. It looks as though I bought a used piece of junk and passed it off as a new present well this is unacceptable. This is the one out of all the others that put the icing on the cake! They won't even have the seller be responsible for this I jut have to eat the cost--oh but wait there's more they are willing to give me some credit so I can get some more crappy stuff.

Make sure you read all detail so you do not get fooled and be disappointed. Some sellers are good. It is not fair that an item because of poorly packing is delivered damages or missing parts the seller wants you to return the item and get a tracking # and to return the damaged item will cost you more that the item price. THIS IS NOT FAIR. I ordered many items for Christmas gifts now I am being told there is a problem and I will not receive them as the estimated date stated.So now I have to go shopping least than a week before Christmas and what do I do with the items that I already paid for when they arrive and through no fault of mine that I can not use

I purchased an item that did not deliver although tracking said it had, when I contacted cust srvc, their response was sorry, tracking says it delivered, but check and file theft with U.S. P theft Dept. I have closed my account and advising all who will read my review, if it says your pkg delivered but you haven't received your package be prepared for TopHatters' Buyers Protection policy that only comes out when they are not going to reimburse you for your loss!

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.

Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
