Old stuff

Bid on dell notebook and won it yeeeh. Once recieved and started found out it so old its no longer supported, meaning cant update or have security. I got another product the same way and sent both back only to never get a refund. Bad christmas.

I bid and won five items...
3 of them, after 4 - 5 weeks have been refunded with no communication or explanation. Orders *******, ******* and *******

1 has been in transit since the 26th November, it is now 3rd January! According to the tracking it arrived in the UK on the 6th Dec, but still has not arrived. Order *******

1 was actually delivered, but it did not match the description or photos, had a non UK power plug and actually having seen it I would not have paid £1 for it, let alone the £15 I did. Order *******

I have emailed and posted reviews, but have had no response, and the negative reviews have not appeared on the item listing!
They only seem to post good reviews.

Still Waiting

Made my first order on Black Friday evening, & still haven't received it. My order info keeps giving me delivery dates atleast 5 different(Atleast this many). Now over a month gone by(12/31/19), still haven't got it. What A Shame

Lots of false advertisement

I ordered over 309.00 in one month. Over half if that was cheap and nothing like the pictures. I am very aggravated and as soon as I get the last of this garbage. No more. Only thing that is descent is rings and necklaces. Stay away

IT'S PRETTY GOOD, I DO HAVE A SUGGESTION, FOR THE SELLERS THAT SELL JEWELRY, WHEN SENDING IT TO THE CUSTOMERS, PLEASE DO NOT WRITE JEWELRY ON THE PACKAGE, BECAUSE WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SOME OF OUR POSTAL CARRIERS, TRYING TO KEEP THESE ITEMS, AND NOT DELIVERING THEM. I HAD THIS PROBLEM OVER THE WEEKEND, I HAD TO REPORT A PROBLEM I ALMOST DIDN'T GET MY PACKAGE. SO, PLEASE DO NOT WRITE JEWELRY ON THESE POUCHES PLEASE.

Most items I have bought still have not been delivered. It's way past the delivery date. Everything that I have gotten has been poorly made, broken or not as pictured.

Some fake

A lot of the items are totally fake even if it says "fine jewelry". The stones are fake and the so called sterling silver turns your finger green. I'm not saying all items but quite a few. I ordered tanzanite earrings. They were "sapphire". Tanzanite is not dark blue

Products do not tend to be high quality or durable. It would be nice to know if an item is made in America or another country as most garments from tophatter may be a 5x but only realistically fit a 1x. Nice to know these things before you bid.
