TopHatters is a excellent place of value for your money. They offer a wide variety of products. These people go that extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of. And yes, there are some things that u may be dismayed with, But b responsible about what u bid on. Read the reviews. My self, I definitely LOVE this site. Best site to order from!

Tophatter.com is a great online site to order from. They have such nice products at really reasonable prices. I have not had any problems with getting my orders in a reasonable amount of time, but if you have any they will make sure to make you satisfied. Great place to shop!

I think the only part I really am dissatisfied with is the shipping aspect. They do a lousy job of packing and shipping the product in a timely and organized manner. But, other than that, all is good, considering the merchandise does come from across the country. (Besides, the ". 925" sterling silver is not real sterling). Don't buy rings if you don't want green fingers.

Nothing for a month...

I ordered earbuds that promised delivery in 21 business days (give or take) - and paid up front. I kept getting the runaround and finally threatened the BBB and online reviews and was refunded with the explanation "we can't track the order, so we're sending your money back."

Shady business to say the least. I just don't trust these folks at all. They keep your money, then when you make threats they suddenly refund the purchase price - but what if I hadn't followed through?

I'd warn everyone to STAY AWAY from this company and don't give them a chance to rip you off.

I have purchased many items on Tophatter with very little issue. One item arrived damaged and within minutes of notifying customer service, I was not only refunded my money but also given a credit for the trouble. Also, once I accidentally bid on an item and won. I cancelled the order without any incident at all. Some items are a bit smaller than they appear, but most everything I have purchased I have used and love!

Virtually everything on Top Hatter is available on E Bay or elsewhere for less. Their site is primarily engaged in selling cheap junk confusingly presented and illustrated. The only positive attribute is the fact if one bids on anything the bid is not binding, since unlike E Bay and the legitimate sites, they don't have the bidders previous identification.

On Tophatter our most exciting feature is bidding. We believe the shopper should be in control of how much they are willing to pay. Bidders decide how high they are willing to bid, and can stop bidding at any time.

If an item is outside of a price range a shopper would like to pay, a reminder can be set by clicking on the heart icon. The shopper will get a notification and can bid when the item is back up for auction, hopefully in a range that meets their budget.

Just to clarify, bids are real. All the items on the platform are really for sale, and your bid is considered a legitimate offer. Payment is expected immediately after winning.

Sellers are thieves

No jewelry is as what you purchase. You get replica junk jewelry. If you have no way of printing out return labels, you are stuck with there JUNK you can wait for months/ weeks for your items, but they want returns done within a week or less!

A label can be printed at most libraries. I have personally used a print service several times to print out material, including labels. If a library won't work, I recommend using a print service.

I bid or bought several items on Tophatter one night after receiving anestheia. Within 24 hrs. (before they were shipped), I requested to cancel many of them and my requests were denied by the sellers. Tophatter did step in a few times, but wouldn't allow for refunds on many of the items where I marked off "bought by accident". What I recieved instead was credit. There is no where to give a description as to why I purchased by mistake. When the items I didnn't request a cancellation/refund on arrived, I couldn't believe that 75% of them were junk (pure junk) from China. Some of the return charges are outlandish! I haven't even opened some of the packages yet (approx. 20 %) as they were supposed to be Valentine's Day gifts... I suspect they too will be junk. I wish Tophatter would vet their sellers before allowing them to sell on their site... perhaps they should have one of their associates purchase some of these things so they can see for themselves what low quality items people are buying and being ripped off over.

Disappointed

I have purchased many items to find it's cheap junk and the pictures are misleading. The only thing I have purchased that I am happy with was a pair of sunglasses. I think it's a rip off.the order number I entered is just one of the many items I ordered that can just go in the trash.

Not a happy customer

Intially I was happy and excited about the prices and what looked to be nice quality items, after installing the App and learning how to manage the bidding I was banned from bidding because I bidded and cancelled twice within 30 minutes, secondly I ordered more than 20 items in the second week of December and have yet to receive all my items, I've only been happy with 6 items because they were either broken and unusable upon delivery or just bad quality or not to mention no English version of how to operate and the clothing is cheaply made. Also for people that have jobs and have little time to keep checking the website for credits they give you they take them away before you can even use them so what's the point. I did receive 3 Sterling silver rings that i actually like I will be deleting this app as soon as I receive my last 3; items.
