I won a bid & found the same item 4 times cheaper on amazon. Now I cant get on TopHatter to unsubscribe bcuz a "pay your invoice" pop-up box prevents me from getting on the site until I pay.
Can someone please email me & advice me how to unsubscribe to TopHatter with the pop-up block.
They are ridiculously priced on items & they keep sending me constant pay your invoice reminders which makes my phone beep & runs my cell phone battery down.

FAKE GUMBALL MACHINE ITEM. BE AWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT IN THE COUNTRY SO THE SCAM OVER AND OVER AND THE TOPHATER COMPANY DONT RESPOND AND CLOSE CASE WITHOUT BEING RESOLVED. THE ITEM I BOUGHT WAS WORTH $200.00 DOLLARS WHEN I RECEIVED IT THE PACKAGE SAID $2.00 DOLLARS WORTH THEY PUT A GOOD QUALITY ITEM AND THEN SWITCH IT AND SEND YOU ONE THAT LOOK LIKE GUMBALL MACHINE THE ITEM WAS POORLY MADE AND IT LOOKED LIKE CHILDREN JEWELRY. THERE GOOD REVIEW ARE IMPOSSIBLE YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE THE REAL ONES. I HOPE WE COULD STOP THEM FOR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES.

I cancelled my account with them because of the outrageous shipping prices and poor quality of their products. After I cancelled I received a ring that I had ordered. It came damaged... BENT! Since I have cancelled my account I can't contact them, it will not let me resign in. It keeps saying at the top of the page that I cancelled my account. Like I don't know that. I am not going to jump through hoops to get a refund. That means shipping a ring that would cost a couple of dollars to do so ( that I got charged $10.00 for). Do yourself a favor, close your account and don't look back!

I purchased several items and then received a pair of earrings from their Vendor Serendipity without the stones... Serendipity was VICIOUS to me... I sent them back their earrings still sealed in their package... took almost a month for Tophatter and "their" staff to review my "case" and when they FINALLY did... they found I had NO case so I am out my money and the earrings and the company Serendipity blocked me from complaints as now have Tophatter... DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!'!

I have been bidding on items in Tophatter for months now and for the most part everything I got was definitely not the retail price sellers try to say they're worth. Well I decided to become a seller and these ba starts are holding my money. They keep marking my orders shipped then untrackable over and over. Anyone that has shipped products internationally knows that there are times during transit that you may not be able to followork every step. I put the b tracking number for my very first order and this $#*! said I was posting fake tracking info. I provided evidence of everything yet theyou still blocked me. I removed everything I was selling and as soon as I get my payout ummmm deleting this $#*!ty app.

All I can say is do NOT go there. You will be sorry if you do! Wish I could say 0 stares. You will be charged for many more items than you bid on. In fact tophatter want help you, waste of time and money. I have turned it over to Paypal and my credit card to dispute these used bogou juck. Only a a couple of items were good and not used only a few were want they said the rest is stuff you can get at the Dollar tree. Rings turn your finure green! Beware Well I have began my real fight and hope to see the Feds shut them down! If you even hover over the bid button without clicking it you will be shared and shipping back to China is to much rather you bid on it or not. All the shipping charges are to high and some sellers will put a bunch of stuff in one package and charge you shipping for each item in the packages. I have been getting junk and only there May1 the only time I was there and bid on about 5 things only a few were worth it. A couple of sellers have refunded but I am still getting stuff on May 26. Not even going to open it, more wigs probably of all things as I have my hair. I offered to send it all back in one box when I file complaints on their website and they say they are working on it then the dispute just disappears. They wanted me to send photo of something I never got and don't want now but you can't send a photo of something you don't have. They say they are in California but when you call you will never get a real person and will be hung up on as I have tried and so has my cc companies, scam!

I am very disappoibted with the service provided. I made purchase for a shirt for $6 and later realized there was a second charge of $48 for some used makeup, Im sorry but I would NEVER purchase some used makeup, I mean REALLY? On 5/20/16, I contacted the seller Sherie who stated she thought something wasn't right, that's why she held off from shipping it. She stated she would cancel the order and issue me my refund, I patiently. Finally O put in a complaint through customer service requesting my refund and was told I would hear back from them within 24 hours, still no responds from Friday, 5/20/16. I'm highly pissed and want my money back. I've opened a complaint with BBB, let's see what happens!

I won a DRONE with camera and instead of receiving the won item I got a POS helicopter with NO CAMERA. The customer service after 2 months finally asked for a pic of what I actually got, hello how difficult is a helicopter to understand, the biggest issue, no where to upload the pic. So, I email it back and ask to have them fix the page to upload. Needless to say, they didn't and they gave me 3 freakin says to upload to a site that isn't possible and closed my case after I waited on them for 2 flippin months! Many of the products are junk that don't match the descriptions but I took them as lessons learned but a totally different item... ridiculous!

Terrible customer service the item was not shipped when it was supposed to be shipped they took their sweet time I asked them not to send it give me my money back and they sent it anyways I did not accept it it went back to them they sign for it on the 9th of May today is the 16th of May I still do not have my money and top hatter has not gave me a good response who making this right the amount is over $350 I will never ever shop there again I'm done you have been warned do not shop there

I read ll the reviews and had low expectations. I bid on quite a few items - just to see what it was like. I am not shopping for myself but for little items for raffle baskets, etc. I volunteer for a rescue group.
If you are expecting to get a 400.00 item for 2.00, it is not going to happen. I am happy with everything I got - simply because my expectations were low and I knew what I was getting. Use common sense. You will never get a top quality item for a couple bucks. You might get a cute, colorful item suitable for a kid. You might get an item to add to a nice gift. These items will make great stockng stuffers. BTW, I am keeping several items that I purchased to go into raffle baskets. I think most of you will really enjoy tophatter if you are aware that you will get what you pay for - sometimes you will get more than you pay for, but not always, it is hit or miss.

I was a happy customer, bidding and placing orders, fully aware that I was getting the quality I was paying for. However, when I bid on, and won, a smart bracelet, I received an item that wasn't worth the packaging it arrived in. I immediately disputed the purchase, which was immediately rejected. It was rejected, not because the item was a piece of crap, it was rejected because the seller didn't honor refunds. I re-disputed the transaction, at which point all communication stopped.

I purchase a lot of what I buy online, but will never again do business with this site, which obviously is only concerned about the bottom line rather than honoring the customer who supplies the business. Word of mouth is powerful, and my recommendation to others out there who think they will be treated fairly while doing business with Tophatter, not to be fooled. Delete this App now.
