SIMPLY AMAZED!

I thought I'd give it a try, and I had Bid on one Item, then one more. I received what I had Won, it was New Items as it said. It worked, and the Necklace was as Pretty as Pictured. So far, I have continued with my Bidding, and everything I have been Very Please with. I am doing my Christmas shopping this way...

Moyin. A top hater seller of electronics doesn't honor bids that are lower than he likes. I waited for over a month for a tablet that I won for less than its value and he never sent it. Top hater does little to protect its honesty sellers and even less to insure the honesty of their buyers. They could have forced the issue, but didn't. Will not use again. Most of the sellers now are Chinese companies and it makes it less than fun. Greed got the best of them.

Not at all what I expected. I am tenacious as all heck and I read the reviews and most were bad, but I decided to do it anyways. I have been waiting two weeks for a pair of Dolce Cabana; s that I outbid fair and square 21 bucks great deal and they said they would be here already and they are not so now I have to dispute payment and my banking institute does indeed prosecute if the sum is over 15 dollars in this case it was 21 dollars and my bank was glad to refund me while they go after top hatter

Horrible

The quality and size is not what they portray... I ordered perfume Juicy Couture which was my own fault for not paying attention to how little the bottle really was but they made it seem like it was a great deal that one I mark off on my own self... But then I got earrings and they came in they were only one-sided not finished on and the clasp were flimsy and breakable ripped off on two things never again

For sellers when you enrol to sell you will never get your money for goods sold and buyers your items come very appearing very trashy cheap or never arrive. Don't waste your money or time going on there. Ebay is by far better.

Uck I wasted so much $

Most of the items are not as depicted. Jewelry is mostly costume and cheap looking. Bid on a coach purse that was supposed to be worth 200+ and when it arrived it was a used purse in very unpleasant condition ( lots of wear, smelled bad, and missing parts.). Will not be dealing with Tophatter again. In my opinion it is a scam... I wasted so much money I could have bought one very expensive item at a retailer. My bad.

Use to love this site

I use to love this site then all of a sudden the items I purchased stopped being sent for one reason or another. At first Tophatter Customer was helpful now nothing. It makes me sad that I can no longer order and it makes me sad that I have to get my Bank involved.

Received my bracelet purchase and it broke when my daughter tried to put it on! The earrings I bought, the charm fell off before my daughter could put it on her ear. The items don't look anything like the pictures. Very disappointed

Did not receive delivery

I bought 2 rings, tracking says delivered today to my mailbox. They are not there. When you read the fine print it says that once the tracking says "delivered" the seller is not responsible. What? So I paid for nothing! Unfortunately I bought other items from this site also, I hope some of them arrive. This is a scam!

I ordered a ring and when the envelope arrive the top of it was glued to the inside of the package and not the outside therefore allowing it be totally open.
The pouch inside was empty. They didn't seal it correctly and therefore it probably fell out along the way. Tophatter decided to NOT refund my money because it showed it was delivered. I offered to show them a picture of the evidence but you can't send photos on their website. SURPRISE! I will be taking this up with my ceding card company as a disputed claim. They are the worst. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

Don't get tricked into going into this site where you bid on items for sale. The quality is very poor; shipping charges are outrageous. An item I ordered was much larger than expected then shipped FEDEX. It was just about the same price as the item which is unfit to give as a gift. I am so sorry that I got hooked on this site one night. What a big mistake. It is almost additive as gambling. Don't get pulled in; you will be most dissatisfied. Please take heed.
Buy from reputable sellers that you are familiar with.

I purchased a number of items from this site. Many of the items received were damaged due to poor packaging for shipment and not as pictured. The company has no apparent quality control standards and does not provide negative reviews.

The reason I put 5 stars was to make sure this would show. The things they sell on here are on Wish, Cute, and several other sites. All cheap, all from China, and all not worth a crap. I will go back to Wish so I can at least have time to read what I'm buying

Too good to be true

While some items seem worth the price and arrive in a timely fashion, many do not. Customer service reports them delivered but they are not. It's only my job to contact UPS or whatever to track. A "refund" is a credit to spend more money on the site.

BIG MISTAKE

First items are and customer service is a joke. Saying items have been delivered but their tracking system shows them in china for a month now moving all across the country. Junk is cheap and no customer service help. They will contact once or twice then silence. My wife is having same problems with her items. BEWARE.

Interesting and Fun!

I've ordered 12-15 items in the last few weeks. I've received some; still waiting on others. Need to be patient as a lot of merchandise ships from China. I have a good amount of very expensive jewelry and most of what I've received from Tophatter LOOKS very similar - good quality, beautiful designs, and just what I expected. The non-jewelry items I can't review quality yet as they are xmas presents and I have not yet "played" with them to see if they're worth giving. Just my initial observation of them is positive though.
