Nice product. Great value. Fast shipping. I actually hit the bid button on accident when scrolling on my phone and won an tem immediately; so even though I like the product, I'm afraid to re visit the site because I never intended on bidding that item.
The earrings came on time and they were pretty. Not as sparkly as the picture but still very pretty.
If you do your homework on the items you are interested in you can buy cheaper elsewhere. Tophatter items have incorrect price prior to discounting. Eg: $1,300 now open for bidding at $2 yet the item is only worth $29.95 elsewhere & not $1,300. Don't get sucked in by fast pace bidding.
I've ordered several things and have been thrilled with everything! I can't comment on the return process because I've never needed it lol The products I've purchased seem genuine and of good quality. Clothing DOES run about 2 sizes too small in U.S., tho... just order up and it'll be fine! Love it and it truly is VERY addicting lol
Rings did not fit could not get a refund out over $100.00 from china very dishonest sent ring back they received it but would not return money
I ordered 2 items, both junk! They were mailed from China which you have no way to know that when you order. There is no phone number that is not a recording. I have sent several emails to this company with no responce. BUYER BEWARE!
I've had a blast with Tophatter! It's exciting and easy (and addicting if you aren't careful ;) ).
I'm saying this even though I was barred from bidding for a week after I accidentally bid on items... As I was scrolling I guess my thumb lingered too long, i didn't even know I'd bid until the "you won" notice popped up and I had to cancel the orders. This happened to me twice in two weeks so I was punished ;) for a week. Now I scroll on the other side so I don't accidentally touch the bid button.
My orders, thus far, have arrived ahead of the scheduled dates, and other than three of the rings I ordered being too small I'm happy with the quality of them. Those rings I mentioned will make nice Christmas gifts so I don't feel bad I can't keep them to wear.
I do wish that a size 6 is the true size. I went up a size to a seven on a different purchase and it won't fall off but it's very loose. I wear a size 6 ring but the ones I received I couldn't even get past my knuckle. Like I said, no loss though since the people who will get them will love them.
Shipping is high. Also it took like 15/20 days to receive what I purchased
Have contacted customer service on a couple of occasions and did not hear a response. It is really important to have good customer follow up.

The paw pendant is very small but very pretty. The second time I wore it, the chain just broke in my hand.

I'm not sure how I found Tophatter but I'm glad I did. I have made many purchases and usually (I feel) got good deals. There have been a few glitches along the way but Tophatter so far has been very good and helpful in clearing things up. I love just watching the bidding. People are crazy especially on free shipping items. My system is to browse, mark what I like and keep track of the price you can buy it outright for, then when it comes up for auction I have a bid in mind and stick to it. I never go over the outright selling price, I saw two bidders having a war one night and the winner paid about $25 more than they could have purchased outright for. Keep up the good work Tophatter!
