I think that Tophatter as a whole is great. They do need to police the stores and people a little more. Example Ordered Dec 7th got it end of February. No call for that.

I'm terribly sorry to hear your item took awhile to arrive. There was a long delay resulting in some orders shipping from overseas getting lost in transit over the holidays. This has since been resolved with the shipping carriers.

I have made many purchases through Tophatter and absolutely love the tracking feedback for everything I purchase.
There is a huge variety of items on offer at any one time and if you're not successful bidding on an item it usually becomes available again within a short space of time.
Customer support is absolutely excellent - a lot of companies would benefit from training with these guys.

I found this site to be very entertaining and fun! Bids go really fast; doesn't take days to find out if you won a bid. In the few weeks I have been using this site it seems that they are adding a bigger variety of products to the auction.

I have received 21 items from Tophatter, and have given 5 stars to almost all of them, the two items I didn't, received 4 stars. I have been very happy with the quality, and the looks of the items, and the value has been great! I just wish I could find the area to go to read reviews! I have reviewed every item I have received, but I have never been able to find where the reviews are located. I think it should be easy to find them, and I have spent time searching, and still haven't. That's the reason I give the website 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, I have been very happy!
