Most times i receive the items and i am very happy. I had few times I experience taking too long receiving the item, and returning the item and never getting refunded. You do have to be careful here.

All items received are very pretty i wasn't expecting them to look that nice tho. They have good customer service as well, i only had one issue with an order which i received a different necklace instead of what i ordered. Seriously i fell in love with the other necklace which i didnt even order so i kept it and am rocking it. Lol Delivery is fast no problems.
So far good bargains and good service! I'm sorry for the people who have had a bad experience but mine has been good. I'm almost done Christmas shopping.
