I used to bid all the time and loved it. Never had a problem with the support. I have one item, a watch that never came. I tried tracking it from the beginning. The tracking is invalid so I asked for a refund. Now they won't refund my money. If I can't trust them to do the right thing then why use the site?

I like most of your products, but the jewelry on the other hand is coming to small or to big, or turning cooler, and it's really to bad because it's beautiful, the detail they put into it is stunning.

Will They seem fair. Top hatter is the only biding place I have ever had any thing to do with. Top hatter is very ADDTIVE and I love it I just have to be careful or the grocery money will be gone. Try it you will love it.

I find a lot of things that I like and to be able to stay home bid and wait for it to be delivered is great for I've been telling everyone I just love it.
