Nothing I get ever works and no directions. I just got a tooth polisher and no directions but it doesn't work anyway. Not happy because the only thing I have gotten is jewelry. That is fine but the rest is junk. I got three watches for exercise and none of them work. The 3D glasses don't work. I have wasted so much money. I am really upset.

At first was a great app! I ordered a lot of jewelry (at least 50)which most was really nice! Then it started with I went to find my daughter a purse bidded on a Couch won it then she said was refunding money never said why (because it wasn't enough money)! Then one thing was sent somewhere else, I won a Pink sweatshirt FAKE AH! Won a name brand hoodie for my son FAKE AH! And now even the jewelry is looking like children's FAKE! So disappointed will NEVER use app again! BEWARE ITS A RIP OFF! And I found out almost everything is from China... ohhhhhh heck NO!

I ordered a ring that never arrived, although their site said it was delivered, so no refund. So, I went to the post office with the tracking number and they indicated that it WAS delivered--to some address in California--not to me in Wisconsin. Post office said sometimes this is a seller's scam where they send your package elsewhere and hope you don't follow up on it, or it's a phony tracking number altogether--especially when it comes from overseas. They keep your money AND the product. Just mention POSTMASTER GENERAL and they'll issue an instant refund!;-)

Hi Denise, upon review of order #19881765 tracking shows the item was successfully delivered to your location on December 23,2016. Additionally, positive feedback was left for the item/seller 2 days after the delivery date. Because of this, a refund is not required.
I bought a set of rings for NZ $16 apparently worth $500+. What a joke, but i figured that out before i started the bidding of course. Arrived in reasonable time but not as good as what the photos made them look. However my 17 year old daughter is enjoying them. Will keep using this site because it is fun bidding - on cheap quality stuff thinking you are getting as really huge bargain :)

I've won over 20 biddings in 24 hours and paid for every one of them. Tophatter emailed me and said that all of the coach items that I had paid for was refunded because payment didn't go through. They also refunded 1 bedding set that I won for only $17 (shipping included). It seems like they will not honor the bids if you won the bid at a much lower price than the retail value. Coach bags I've won were $61 and $55, retails over $350 and $250 respectively.

Bought a bracelet in jan 2017 paid good money and they never told me i would have to pay extra for customs and the bracelet has snapped in march 2017 mailed them and they say nothing we can do about it is bloddy awful customer service and nit worth the money will not be buying from them again also will advise family and friends not to buy
