I was charged $11.00 from Gift World for a Wireless Power Charger Charging Pad Receiver Kit for I Phone 5/5 S 6/6plus 7/7plus on April 10,2017. When looking for my order, it was not even listed. I received an email saying that Gift World received my payment. Now where is my Wireless Power Charger? I have ordered several other products from Tophatter. Now, I'm leary of purchasing anything else.

The jewelry I've ordered is extremely poor workmanship. Rings with sharp edges, stones fall out almost immediately after buying. Several items I purchased, not just one. I bid and won a pearl necklace sold as "genuine cultured pearls". I took it to a friend who is a jeweler. He said they are definitely not "genuine cultured pearls". A bracelet I purchased was sold as a CLASSIC AQUAMARINE TENNIS BRACELET. It is not aquamarine stones at all. Most of these things are made in China, as I'm finding out. Google their name and read what real customers are saying about them.

I found that I sometimes get items I know I did not order... yet here they are. I do not have the original shipping packages, so what do I do with them other than gift them. There are some things I did order and did not receive-maybe the packages I ordered were swapped out for the ones I did not get? Other that the odd fluke I am happy and shop a lot.

I won a Digital Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor & Heart Beat Meter back in March. When I look you the tracking number they send my package to Newburgh when I live in Poughkeepsie to different City. I been fighting with them since April and they keep closing my claim. NOT HAPPY AT ALL due to my mother really wanted this item. Has brought many thing from Tophatter but they have a lost a customer after this one. I wish someone would read were the package was delivered to please

No refunds

I have several orders that i did not receive and did receive refunds for them but i also have 2 outstanding orders that said it was delivered but i have not received them and was told no refund so im out the item and money too bad cause some of the stuff i got was ok and was very happy with the stuff i got so far but not happy when it says delivered when it wasent

I have bought a few items from this site with no problem. A smartwatch, some sport bras, and neckless then I bought a drone from a vender "ROVE" sent it through junexpress gave a tracking # but is all in chinese can not read it so little help there. But item never arrived in time it said it would and has took over a month and still not here. Opened a clam but all i get is we r reviewing it with no answers! Just want my money back was never delivered! Went to bangood and bought same product less money and made it here in 7 days will do my shopping with them from now on!

To many times they want me to pay for items i did not order, Got Two bracelets over priced and stones fell out of both bracelets before i even got to put them on, they were laying in the box, Had to pay for return shipping[not fair] Got another bracelet had diamonds if you can find them. Never again, You can get better items at a better price on another site, Live and learn.

Cheap KaKa from China

Most their KaKa comes from China and does not work once it gets here. The jewelry is nothing but costume and the ones that came from China break and cannot be fixed. I went to 2 jewelry stores with a pair of earrings that the posts came off and they said the "type" of metal will not allow for posts to be put on. I contacted customer representatives and they said that the time ran out, so even though the item broke within a few weeks,,,, so sorry, too bad. RUN, do not walk away from this site. Also have several items that they said were delivered, but they weren't.

VERY ADDICTING!

So far I have been very happy with nearly everything I purchased. The only times I have had to return something is when the wrong item or size was sent to me. I contacted Tophatter immediately and within a matter of minutes a postage label was emailed for me to print out and return the item to the seller.

Totally Misleading

If I could give zero stars I would. Overpriced junk! Items don't work! Braceket I purchased was supposed to be stamped as gold plate... no markings. Save your money. Never will buy from this site again.

STAY AWAY FROM SITE-not what it appears
They send nice sounding replies to your problems but never do anything but repeat the same message over and over. Seller said it was not in timeframe, you didn't send tracking number, reason not accepted by seller. (I had hit an incorrect #), our tracking shows you received item & so. no satisfaction yet I'm out mega bucks on mostly junk.

Misrepresentation

I purchased a pair of earrings I was assured they were 18kt solid gold. I however found out that this information was false. They are not 18kt

And I am now very upset. They are not 18kt solid gold. They actually are not 18kt gold. In fact they solid gold at all.
The system made me select a star so I marked only 1 star. If I could I would give it a negative stars
