Easy to do, and often get things at a truly lesser price, not like those other sites. The auctions are quick, and often have other chances to get what you want, by liking it. Most sellers are honest, and will help if there is a problem!

I was very satisfied with my purchases in the beginning. Unil the SS plating wore off a rope necklaces and a gorgeous set of rings loss
Their plating and turned black. Two Teddy bear necklaces were never received at total of $60.0. One SS with. Earl for it's face and one chubby gold one. I am extremely unhappy and will not bid anymore.

This is a fun website. Everything I have purchased on this site has come right on time. And it juat as describe.

I have purchased tons at great prices, my only negative is that the sellers quote ridiculous actual prices for their items.

Would be great site if the items stayed up long enough to scroll through and see everything. By the time you get part way through the things are gone that I wanted to get. Ut otherwise not to bad. Except I have gotten 5 things canceled due to different reasons.

Tophatter is amazing, wonderful Auction site too shop on. Why I say that? It's because they care about their customers and they go above and beyond there duty too make them happy!

The site is awesome. If you shop well and know what you are looking for you will be impressed. The items are as presented, ship fast, and are of the value expected. I have only been disappointed one time with the item received and I had high expectations from the picture. The item received was from the picture but was of a lesser quality than expected. Like being cat fished.

I have numerous complaints about this company. I have ordered many items, some are OK, most of the dealers are shady, all of my complaints are followed by an email asking for a tracking number, I provide the tracking number and I am told it is not valid! How can they keep my money and also the item I purchased! BEWARE! I HAVE SENT BACK 7 ITEMS TOTALING $107.00 AND NOT ONE ITEM WAS REFUNDED!

I ordered many items, a few i was disappointed with and one bracelet that was supposedly for an adult barely fir my 6 year old grandchild. Too bad because it really is pretty!

Scam artists. Shipping makes up. For price, and it damages your phone. Running slow, delete tophatter NOW!

TOPHATTER is mostly a bunch of cheap crap from China. If you don't want it, you have to return it at your cost which can easily be more than what you paid for it in the first place. This site is a big ripoff! Don't buy here!

I have learned my lesson. A couple of months ago I ordered a ring for my daughter, size 7. It is a size 4 or less if possible. This time I ordered a ring for me. It is missing the only stone in a solitaire. I found it in the package later. The "silver" is missing from one area of the ring, looks like copper. Never again, this is worse than trash!
