Find it hard to get hold of Tophatter, but generally the service is good. Have missed a parcel as it was leither on my doorstep. I think paying for delivery is fair but not safe to haverify goods just left when no one home.

I currently have six items that i have been waiting for, for quite some time. I keep getting a delivered message on items that have not been in my mail. When requesting a refund, i was told that they show the item as being delivered so there was nothing they could do. I also have received an item that didn't have all the pieces, and was told i could rebid on the same item but they would not replace it. I guess you just take your chances when you use this site.
Tophatters will not allow me to review my account and has NOT sent many of my refunds. I am so pissed... they keep telling me something is wrong with my email address. I believe that got even angrier when I notified cc company. Did NOT use Paypal.
I bought a ring supposedly filled with 14k white gold and after 1 week I was able to see the brass under the plate... :(

I bought quite a few things from your site. Most I loved and use but there was one item. A opal stone ring. I worn it for no more than 3 days when the silver coating on the ring changed color. I have not worn it since. I was going to send in a complaint but I couldn't find the name of the ring or the site showing I bought it.
I have had trouble with items that wasn't want their were to suppose to be and has closed me more money to send them back then they were worth. I do love Top Hatter and I have spent a lot of money on this site.
I have shopped Tophatter for a while now and have never had a problem with their integrity in standing behind their items. I have been very happy with the vast majority of my purchases, and on the rare occasion when I was not, Tophatter refunded my purchase price-- No Questions Asked. Now that is customer service above and beyond. I have a very large family and Tophatter makes it easy to do my shopping and I get great buys. Everyone should shop on their site, it's great!
So far most everything I "won" was nice with the exception of a pair of earring, stone fell out before I could even wear them and an exercise tracker I won only lasted a week. Everything else I received was beautiful. I love the idea and I realize the listed price is way too high but it's fun and I get to have jewelry even if it's fashion jewelry. Lower your expectations and you will be pleased.

I have had some problems in the past and they always make things right. I live everything I have bought. I just don't understand why the shipping and handling is so expensive on some things and free or a lot less on others. S&H is always the same. Thank you for everything.

A few glitches but overall it works well. One product was not shipped, but was readily rectified by Top Hat. On another order I doubled the order and they only shipped one. This was rectified by crediting my credit card for the amount.
The rest of the experiences (many) have been great!
