I have enjoyed the watches and leggings i have purchused all arrived in one piece and perfect condition. I also find the site very addictive but i wouldnt have it any other way

A great site to buy well made products. The products come very well packaged, have not ever had to return anything.

Overall very satisfied but on occasion I have received poor quality product and one product I never received and did not get a refund on it either, but out of the many many items I have bought the majority of products have been very nice

Bought one oz bar of gold and it was gold platted instead will never purchase again that is fraud and tophatter should investigate better of the items on sight

Entertaining for sure. Addictive for impulse buyers which I am sure is what it's aimed at. Some, and I mean some things you will find useful, down side is there is no time to pull it up and read about it. The bidders are steadily bidding. If you see something, bid, it arrives and it's not what you expected waste no time and get it returned.

My experience with this company was great except for one product I didn't receive other than that it was great

Am very pleased with this site. Have made several purchases of jewelry, clothes & other things. Most everything arrived well before estimatined delivery date. Only problem that I have had is when first started ordering clothes I always picked the same size that I normally wear but have found that if ordering then get 2 -3 times larger than normal USA size. The clothes themselves are very pretty as is the jewerly.

I've won quite a bit on Tophatter. From rings, necklaces and a bracelet. I've had many compliments on what I've gotten and even more was the look on people's faces when I tell them how much I spent. If your looking for a great experience I would definitely recommend Tophatter.

It's a great site for awesome finds. Can be very addictive. I usual get wonderful customer service if there is an issue but there have been those rare, few occasions that they were jusy like "oh well", "no refund or replacement", "we can't" or just won't help. Doesn't happen often, but enough for me to take a star away... I don't like paying for products I never received.

The system is very easy to work with. Although, I wish there was a blank edge on bidding items so that when I scroll through I don't accidentally push the bidding icon by mistake. I have done this a couple times and won an item I did not want, what a mess! I did not even see the item.

I never thought I would like. It. When my sister told me about it but I have ordered about 15 items and have recived all but 1 and very happy with everything. Also one item (wallet) was wrong size my fault and they said return it for all refund. Take a chance you will like it

Excellent merchandise, value is great. Display of the merchandise is wel done, sometimes items smaller than they look but that is spelled out in the "more information" I am very happy with Tophatter.

I enjoy it very much and in some cases I have save money sometimes I pay a little more than I like but it all evens out there have been at least 5 times that I didn't get my things but I think someone got it at post office or was lost there I know that happens I don't blame you I still like it and bid all the time and spend to much money sometimes but again I just love it.

Like the fact that you can just purchase the item, without bidding. Great prices. But if you like the excitement of trying to win the bidding, and getting it for a low cost.
