Fast paced, great items, fast shipping. Addictive. Items are always as described. And there is free return if you aren't satisfied. They have great items you can't find other places. And also send reminders if you are interested in an item that will be auctioned later. Glad I found this site. Thanks
I have ordered hundreds of dollars from them Jan to Feb. A couple says delivered back in January (I still have not received them 4mo later) and a couple of items are junk. When I contact them I don't get a response and now it is too late to use the 30 day return policy. So I pretty much got screwed without a kiss. Don't use them! Go to other auction sites. Google them there's several out there.
I won a bid of $1.00 with no shipping and purchased a $5.00 extra offer attached. Normally the item goes for $15-$20 bids. I never received item and had to get refund. Cheaper for them this way rather than honor the bid. Still waiting on another item from April purchases of 5 items. Two bad experiences out of 5. I also looked up items after I bid on ebay and found them cheaper than what people are bidding

I'm working, so it's hard for me to watch auctions while I work. I set a reminder for a particular item and I have a notification saying it's "Coming Up Soon". How long is a typical wait before it goes live?
I give it a 4 because I never received my coin I purchased for $23.00. Other then that, I received everything else and the stuff was nice.
It was so easy to use this sight and it was fast and the service was great. I could not say any thing bad. Love, Love, Love this sight.

So much fun. What went wrong for me was my desk computer wouldn't download the site, my iPad was to sensitive and bid on 2 items I didn't bid on making Tophatter barring me from bidding. The item I did buy was simple and easy and delivered on time. I sure miss the site.

My innitiall experience was outstanding. However, when I was blocked, I have been unable to get back into the site. After many attempts to contact and get the situation resolved, no luck. The items were as expected. The companies providing products were fast. I had one problem with an item I did not bid on, but got it resolved. Luckly, the company was located not far from where I live and got it resolved. I really enjoyed the site, but ended up not very customer friendly. Have found another AUCTION site that gladly accepts my money and belives their CUSTOMERS if they have a problem.

Customer service sucks! If you order something and the seller lies on the listing they do nothing to help you you are on your own! Never by from again!

Please check your email for a separate email from Tophatter which includes the return shipping label, sellers shipping address and instructions to return the item. Please be sure to use the label within the required 7 days and add the tracking number directly to your open return request.
A return request was opened for Order #25682375 in April, but the provided return label wasn't used within the required 7 days and expired. You can still receive a refund for this order by shipping it back using valid tracking. Unfortunately, return shipping will now be at the buyer's expense.

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
