Tophatters is so addictive I have to literally make myself stay off the site. It seams every time I go on the site I see something I just have to bid on. I tell myself Im just going to look but I always end up bidding on an item or 2 or 3 so I have to not go on it
Ordered 3 items and asked for a refund. Still haven't received my money back. Although there was a us post office tracking number and phone number which when called confirms return delivery. Still nothing.

I reviewed your account details and although calling the USPS to confirm a tracking number is not Tophatters procedure, I took the time to do so and your tracking number is not valid, as explained by our customer support staff.
In order to ensure fair decisions are made in regards to returns, a valid tracking number is always required. Please provide me with a valid tracking number that can be traced through the USPS website and a full refund will definitely be processed.
If a tracking number cannot be provided, I'm sorry but we cannot require a refund in this instance.

I look in on Tophatter often to see what's fun and interesting. I've bought many items and like what I get. It's easy, trouble free for the most part and if there is a problem, it's solved very quickly. I recommend it to others often.
TH is the middle-man in their business, and they will NOT force responsibility on the conniving sellers, overseas. They are scamming too many people out of money, though they don't take it seriously because their items are so inexpensive... and CHEAP. Don't fall into this nasty business, and their so called "deals".

I love what they have to offer. There are a few problems like all sites but they at least work with you to resolve the issues. So many different things offered you never know where to start and what to go for first.

I had items I bought that looked beautiful and I lost them due to defects or they broke right away. I had items that looked like crap (tarnished earrings); items that didn't work when I got them. Just realize that you are buying cheap stuff (although the last 2 things I bought were not cheap, especially with the shipping added on), and that it is not going to last long. I have nothing left that I purchased... it's all gone from having it fall off my body or breaking right away or not working when I got it. Waste of money.
I have purchased many things & they were at I expected. I had a couple of disputes which I receive a full discount for. Such a great range of every thing. I get an email daily & I look into the site asap. All round a great place to buy for people like me & other low income earners.

I purchased couple of smart watches, where I got tracking number and after a month still it says in transit. LW*******CN and LW*******CN
All you get is 60 seconds to make your mind and bid. In actuality when you look for the same product on other sites where I found its super cheap compared to tophatter, hence I cancelled the orders. Now comes the magic word, you have been banned from bidding for 15 days? WTF? Customer is King, dont you know that as well?
Would never become member again or recommend anyone at all.
