My exp: is they penalize if you if you make a mistake betting on something you realise you don`t need they don`t allowed you to change your mind spend 6000 dollars and now i realise i paid too much for some of the things i brought i dont want to send them back because they might penalize me so i`m stock with them i will wind up loosing anyway because i am the one that paying the delivery i think they should understand you and try to help you and take in consideration the amout of money that you spend because some people they are just one shot deal and they gone when you are a good and regular client they should respect you more thanks you fredi

FANTASTIC ITEMS

I have bought several items from Tophatter and have never been disappointed with my items, my service, when asked a question I get an immediate response. Delivery is fast and I know exactly when to expect my items. If size is too small, or I do not like the item, I have no problem with returning it or them issuing me a full refund. Everyday they surprise me with different items. I enjoy it everyday.

Some were ok

So again with tophatter i have received a few more items. I found that the glass beads bracelets I ordered was better than I expected, very pretty however if you have a larger wrist don't buy, the run small. However the. 925 silver cz bracelet and the. 925 silver cz and sapphire bracelet were a little in the cheap side. I don't believe they are. 925 silver. So if you purchase these items I wouldn't bid too much in them. Also I received my bare minerals foundation and it is authentic works, looks as if you paid the full $58 from a store. Also recived what was supposed to be an deep apple natural colored high end platnum tone ring, however it was a clear stone upon delivery, so wrong item, still pretty and this one was actually metal. Will update as more comes in.

Disappointed

I felt so bad because that ring was bigger then my last two that I ordered. I liked it so well I ordered another so I could have it. It fit my finger but when I put it on, the top was so much bigger.The other one I gave to a friend.

Not received goods

Did not receive my last order which was AA batteries. Did not receive my very first order which was emerald earrings.

I purchased a smart watch that took just on a month to arrive but it did not work so i raised a return and posted it the next day with a tracking number and 1 week later was informed that my claim was rejected because it did not arrive in time however clearly stated on the site there is 30 days to return a faulty item.
Once they reject the claim you cant use the contact system because its closed so i have sent 2 separate complaints about how the process was handled and Tophatter did not even reply this is very poor customer service, while i understand that sometimes a product fails of does not work you need to have a decent customer service.
A couple of days after raising the return i purchased another item from the same supplier, its now a month later and the second item has not arrived, so while this has been an expensive exercise for me others may learn and stay away from Tophatter and their suppliers

The tracking number for the return was supplied as requested, please check your facts.
You state 30 days to return a product for claim and yet you close the claim after 7 days.
Your reply is not correct please check your facts as I did

It sounds like your return request was closed because a tracking number was not provided within the 7 days allowed. No worries, if you can provide me with the return tracking number used to return your item and your order number, I'm happy to look into this further for you.

Additionally, when items are shipped from a different country it may take longer to arrive. In this case, if your item is not received within 60 days please let us know and a refund will be processed.

They (tophatter) mark the items high so people will bid higher as I watched my friend for a while and we know prices of most of the stuff they are selling since we own business~~~~~~BUYER BEWARE!

So I received an item I did not purchase and in return told them I didn't receive an item that I had purchased even though they stated that the tracking number shows it was delivered. Do not purchase from this site. Items are cheap also...

Some items are listed with value of over 1 thousand dollars, like necklaces that specify being 14k, 18, and even 24k, but they are fake. They turn green or dark and stink after a few hours of wear. Bracelets advertised as having a value if $1,200 break during the first or second wear if not broken when received. At times the wrong and cheapest looking items are sent, nothing like the picture shown. Honestly, m9st items are costume jewelry that can be bought for $3 or $5. DON'T GET FOOLED! I feel terrible for all the people bidding and getting trash. It's been a repeated terrible experience for me. BEWARE!

Don't Be Fooled!

I have received four items that I recently bid on. I wish to return three of the four. Can I return them in one box? The earrings I ordered were for a gift and the size of the flowers do not match. The ring looks horrible and the "romper" is the cheapest piece of clothing I have ever seen!

I reviewed your account and see that you have return request open for each of your orders. Because you purchased from different sellers the items must be returned to each seller individually.

Your first return request was granted a full refund without the need to return the item. You may keep Order # 28138399. However, the cost of returning the other items with tracking is at the buyer's expense for Orders# 28143462, 28142267 and 28139549.

Please check your email for a separate message that includes the seller's return address and instructions for packing your item. *Be sure to send each item back in the mail with a valid tracking number within 7 days of your request and enter your return tracking number under My Orders in your account.*

Your refunds will be issued within 5 business days of delivery once the seller receives your item and verifies it is in the original condition.
