The flying minion i ordered didnt come with a remote, and the box was opened that it came in.The rose bush seeds i ordered never came. I dont know who your distributor is but something is very wrong with your items.

Worst possible site

I purchased a dash cam that didn't have the mounting bracket, so I sent it back. To this day I have not been acknowledged. There is no address for this company and they have no customer support. Plus I haven't received several orders that I was charged for.

I reviewed your account and don't see that a request to return was ever open for Order #22762165 (purchased 2/26/17 & delivered 3/2/17), therefore, we would have no way of knowing the item was returned to the seller. On Tophatter, we have an easy return policy which allows you to request to return an item for any reason within 30 days from delivery date. Please note valid tracking is required for all shipments. I also see that you've contacted customer support for the 1st time 14 days ago. Our staff responded to you within 10 minutes asking for your order number so they could further assist. Tophatter doesn't have a call center or offer live phone support at this time, but we are delighted to help via email anytime. Additionally, when returning items you will return to the seller of the item, not Tophatter. However, Tophatter's business address can be located in our About Us section of the website. It is important to request a return to ensure the seller's correct return shipping address is provided to you.

Order #22763412 -- Has expired tracking but because of the length of time that has passed, this is outside our Buyer Protection window. What I was able to do was issue a store credit to your account for 50% ($4) of the order cost. (This credit will remain on your account for two weeks and will apply to the next purchase that is more than the credit amount.)

Order #24965611 -- Delivered April 26,2017

Order #22762639 -- Delivered March 16,2017

Order #23682815 -- Delivered March 17,2017

Order #23679316 -- Delivered May 9,2017--This order was sent combined with Order #23678679. Please let me know if you received both items.

One of the items shipped was broken. Only paid $5 plus postage so could not be bothered to return it. One of theach rigs I bought lost the centre stone only after a week of my wife wearing it. I chalk it up to the fact that I know I am buying costume jewelry.

I have won a few auctions for a $1! The funny thing is those things happen to never show up at my house! I have no idea how the get something scanned and tracked to my address but I never receive it! Always check amazon for pricing before bidding, 95% of the time you can get in cheaper unless it's jewelry.

Fun Site

I love this site. I love how quick the bidding goes and the selection of items that come up for bids. The one thing I don't like, and I wish they would change this, is on the live auction page. There is no information about the item you want to bid on. You have to leave the page to see the information about it. Since the auctions are only 90 seconds it doesn't give you a lot of time.

Sort of Scam

Hey Guys please dont buy from Tophatter unless you compare the same item from ebay or other online shops... I promiss you will not loose anything. I bought 4 items from Tophatter and not happy with any of them I paid around 130 $... 2 watches with sim card one for 45$ and the othere one 25$, the original price they showed 1320$ each... both are faulty and I realized I could find on Ebay for 15 $ each...
I bought an item called lazer hair removal for 17$... they said that the original price us 950$ but when I recieved it was just a normal cheap razor machine...
My 4th item was a dashcam recorder again original price around 660 $ but I bid 35 $ and git it... oh my god again piece of cheap plastic cam... the quality was disaster... I am ripped off...
Most of them coming from a shop called Womage... please believe me as I am writing the truth and seeing people buying all junks make me sad... hope you do a bit of research before buying...
And other people here has written about return policy thats awful.

Not that happy.

I did quite a few orders. Four items didnt work. The jewelry was for the most part beautiful but not meant for constant wearing as the coatings wore off fast. The blue diamond necklace was the most disappointing. It was dull and no tag came with it confirming that contined diamonds and arrived in a little, plain plastic bag. Shipping was fast for the most part very fast.

I have purchased a few things from Tophatter, aside from the fact that buy the time you receive it you have forgotten you ordered it, the overall quality of everything is pure, cheap, junk that the Chinese are trying to get rid of. They put inflated values on items that are barely worth what you end up paying, and I actually get the sense that most of the bidders are fake to entice you to bid.

I've had enough

Very confusing returning things. Most had to be returned to China - items I paid about $5 for, but would cost $22 to return, so, I did not return them. Sizing was way off. A double extra large might fit a medium sized person.
I was billed for one item I did receive but had never ordered.
