The products I have purchased have all been junk. Nothing quality about it. China garbage. Some of the items took several weeks to get. Unless your ok with a lesser quality product that will probably break very quickly, then stay away from this site. I could find better things to do with my money.
Tophatter can't find my missing order. Full of excuses. However they keep sending me E mail's to place additional orders. They certainly have a sense of hummer. HA HA

Bought over 18 items. All but one were junk! Most came from china and took forever to arrive Found some of the same items at My local $store cheaper and no shipping charg! Yes you can return items for yet another shipping charge! My mailman told Me the shipping prices are inflated, shipping is much less. One article was discribed as a laser level turned out to be watch repair magnified glasses?
So far I am very happy with almost everything I have received, HOWEVER, I purchased a wig that was very nice but not quite as pictured and too small. They were very happy to credit me with $12 towards shipping my return (total was only $28 which incl shipping). BUT you have to return it with tracking. I live in central Canada and the tiny package was going to cost $72 for tracking. So I am stuck with it. So don't count on returning anything because they are very quick to let you know that's YOUR problem.
If your a seller beware, you will be giving all your profit to tophatter. Off a $6.00 sale you'll pay 2.08 and most items only sell for 8 to 10 dollars but your fee will be around 3 or 3.50. After buying your prod shipping and tophatter you. Ll be broke stay away. They have a partner program 500 products a week or more maybe fee's for that are lower and you might make a few dollars but stick to ebay is my advice tophatter is through the roof with their fees

Bought a ring for 62.00 supposed to a 300.00 ring. The thing was not white gold. It tarnished within a month. I requested a refund and got the runaround I still have the damn ring and out 662.00. They sell junk.

Only site i know that sells dollor tree items and say they worth thousands lmfao! What a joke. Every one of their items is a rip off EVERYONE! Half the jewlery contaun knickel which is sooo bad. How these guys aint taken off the web yet is beyound me. I think the BBB should check it out

I have bought quite a lot from this site, but wished I had waited for at least 2 or 3 to arrive then I would have known not to get carried away, as most of it is Chinese junk, not worth what they say it is. Anyone that says it is great must have more money than sense. If you send something back it costs a fortune, and Tophatter will give you something towards your postage costs to be spent on their site. Duh! Best to pay through Paypal as they will sort out most of your problems.

Please note when the buyer and seller are located in different countries, we are unable to provide free return shipping labels for these cross-border transactions. In these cases, buyers may receive a store credit to offset some of the cost of returning the item at their own expense. Items like the 7" tablets suggested retail of $1599. Come on be real these tablets retail at $40 On eBay all day. IPad does not retail that much. As seen on TV items retail $19.99 at best not $59. Still if ylu stayed glued and stick to the price ypu want to pay amd can wait 12-16 business day fpr shipping it's a good deal.

I've always found Tophatter to be a fun auction. They are very good about accepting returns when necessary.
Very excellent way to shop for various items at good prices. Some low cost items are of poor quality or don't meet advertised specifications. Items originating from China have inadequate instructions and are virtually unusable. This applies mostly to cameras and lenses. Considering you get at very low prices, you get what you pay for.
I would not bid high prices for any item offered. Stop at $10 - $15 or what you are willing to lose.
Everything that I have purchased has been exactly as advertised, and delivery has been prompt. I Love this App.
Most things take a couple weeks to arrive, but the price is worth the wait! If the item doesn't show up or isn't as described they will refund your account. The auction is a fun way to get bargains!
They stand behind the products and its so much fun seeing whats out there. Very addicting when so many products at low prices
