. Paid $18 for a Frozen 7 colour changing Led Digital Alarm Clock for kids which I went to the Post Office to track it and they had no record of it being sent. It was suppose to arrive on the 4-6 June. The Order No. #*******. Tracking No. China-EMS LX*******CN. I had no way to contact TopHatter to make the complaint. Very disappointed.

There is a large varieties of products and some for free shipping. As a whole you get what you pay for. Disputes are handle in a timely manner.

I have a watch that the winder came off the first time. An Aeroplane, Drone, car that don't work the smallest camera that you have to spend afortune on still waiting for massaging/pain gadget I ordered in june, should I go on.

I wish there were more bed things. Like lots of pillows and things of that nature. There was a better way to return items. I have to send an item back and it costs me more to send back than it did to order the thing. We should get ALL our money back.

It's great, but sellers need to put receipts in the packages when they ship! Some do and a lot of them don't! Many times when trying to bid I see "Failed to place bid" I have to refresh the page many times and still can't place my bids!

Mostly very good, one item and not your fault. A $84.00 price from Canada post to return a $20.00 item. I will donate the item some where and stand the loss.
