I enjoy shopping with Tophatter as there is so much to choose from. The experience has been great, the products well made and arrive on time.

The first ring I received a stone fell out of the setting, I found it and glued it back in. The next ring I bought turned my finger green. The next ring the silver coating is coming off and I can see the brass. The next ring I bought, a Swyarwoski crystal came out and I never found it. I have decided not to buy any more rings or anything else from you.

Mostly good value for items purchased. Occasionally if coming from China it takes much longer for delivery and item often arrives with no box and sometimes no instructions.

Except for a very pieces of jewerly, they turned color on me and made green circles on my neck and finger.

When ever I have a problem, they are fast to make it right. I have had to request refunds a few times but it is more the post offices fault. They delivered my items in a few different states and even in another country but I always got refunded except one time. Not sure were the package went but it wasn't to me so i was denied a refund because it was delivered somewhere in my city

I have ordered severely items on this site and had enjoyed each and every one. I will continue to shop there

I was really disappointed with the extensions. Its not at all like whats pictured! All i got was one very thin clip on.

I'm pleased at the majority of the products I have received but am especially pleased with the ability to return an item I have not been pleased with or was the wrong size. Only two items have been returned out of many I have won. Thank you Tophatter!

Awesome site, great products and selection and Prices. They have just about anything you want to purchase on this site.

I was very happy with most of my purchases on Tophatter. But one must read carefully all details before purchase. It is easy to get caught up in the heat of bidding. Better to save your favorites and bide your time to get the best deal.

I find Tophatter prompt - BPP is a truly customer safety net - selections are as advertised and more - search option is also a great experience.

Getting a good deal is great, and you can have a bit of fun with this site, my only draw back is writing this and having to have 100 characters, I have said what I wanted, but now I have to ramble on a bit

Very nice items. Would recommend to family and friends. Have showed them and told them about the app.

The tracking number helps a little bit but a paid invoice should be inside the envelope showing the order number.

No more money from me.Ive been ripped off enough. Most things broken or parts missing.If you value money then don't waist it with this site.
