I believed in what I ordered but they sent me the wrong item and the cross I ordered turned my sons neck green and the chain turned rusty. I never got a response on my order review
I always recommend topphatter to people I meet I tell them about the great product's they can bid for and tell them how to bid and that it's up to you how much you spend I explain the guarantee and how you are quick to respond to the customer

I am very happy with the service from Tophatter. I receive my purchases when they say I will.
The only thing that I would complain about is doing this survey and trying to submit it and keep getting that I need more characters. I said I was very happy with Tophatter what more do I need to say!

This site is a rip off. The merchandise looks good but when you receive item it is total junk. I purchased slot of stuff for Birthday and Christmas gifts spend several hunderedvdollors and it was all junk and trashed because there is no way to return items as they all came from Japan or China with no kind of paperwork to return. I purchased 6 smart watches not a signal one worked for more than 10 minutes plus I got sent 2 more that I didn't order but was charged for them. One you came with a charger that was not USA adaptable. So be warned. This site needs to be shut down. When you try to call Tophatter you get a message that says they cannot take incoming calls or if you try to contact them through their website you get a message that says they currently are not able to respond to messages. I have been trying from December 2016 to now august 2017
At times I did not receive the product or was sent something I didn't order. I'm just happy that the costs were not high.

I love it, there were a few things that did not work out but for the most part I'm totally satisfied with my purchases.
There are times I go on Tophatter and can not see all the items. How can I bid on what I can't see. Otherwise, I enjoy bidding on Tophatter.
I love shopping at Tophatter! The Prices are just right for my Bidding and the Service is Excellent!
Only one or 2 Items sometimes are Lost in transition from Overseas or not properly completed!
Bought a couple of things. Went OK, but nowhere near their indicated retail price. Most stuff on TopHatter appear to be junk or inferior products. Just seem to be "pumped up" to be better than they really are.

This is a great site for bidding on different items. I have always had a great experience. Some items take a little longer to receive (from China), but every item has been as described, and just beautiful. Love Tophatter!

Be very careful because if you cancel your oder then they penalize you. And many projects come from China with no directions like the smart watch.

Too much jewellery. Estimated value is misleading on almost all items. I do purchase or have in the past. Some things are misworded n could confuse uninformed people.
I have sent many messages to customer service, telling them I never got the return shipping label they said they would email. I have called the phone # many times, at different times of the day. No one ever answers, Wish I could get ahold of someone. I am so tried of this mess. If they can not send a return label they need to offer a refund. I will pry have to fight it with my credit card company.

Because the shipping label was not used within the 7 day time limit the label is void and cannot be used. You can still receive a refund by returning the item using valid tracking. Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.

Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
