I had to the same problem I cancelled something and they banned me but that's ok because they send dollar store junk instead of the described item you really ordered! They are horrible!

I enjoy bidding on Tophatter. I am not naive enough to believe the retail prices and nor do I get caught up in the bidding war. Set your limit and have fun!. Shipping is often quick and efficient. I have never had any problem with refunds when items do not arrive. All in all a fun way to buy sparkling pretty jewelry and pick up a bargain.

Just keep an eye on the shipping cost cause it can turn a so called bargain into a not so good a bargain. Most of the stuff is just cheap copies.

Items are nice and prices are very reasonable only you get what you pay for. I received one of the remote controled drones and it didn't fly very well, but it was fun to watch!
I love the Customer Support. And the merchandise is awesome. I've become addicted. Their choices are great. And I've gotten good items at great prices. I also like the reminders about items I marked.
I have never had a bad experience with Tophatter. They are simple, straight forward and fun! My problem lies with that it is so addicting! I just love getting on the site and seeing all the different things up for auction. The thrill of winning and the joy of that package when it shows up! I have never been disappointed in what I have won. In fact I always get a lot of compliments on the things I have won.
Simple... just look, see, wonder and then bid until you win, or just decide you don't want the item. It is a time passer and unique gift shop with unbelievable prices.
The products are cheap! Broken, ugly on somethings, I've been trying to return things for months. I've sent so many emails to you the company. Do you respond? Absolutely NOT! YOU GET THE SAME DARN EMAIL. No phone numbers. Bad customer service! I will never buy from your company's again! Rip offs!
All in all, I always have a very enjoyable experience with Tophatter, all their products are of the highest quality, and on the rare occasions that there is a problem with an item, it's dealt with quickly and professionally to the buyers satisfaction.

I don't remember what I purchased on September 10 but I have always had good experiences with Tophatter and I have never had to return any thing. This is a great site.
I love Tophatter so much. All of the deals are really great and I've never been unhappy with any of my purchases.
I always find something new and interesting to bid on. Everything is very reasonably priced and often you can get a real bargain.
Deceiving
I have purchase enough items to be able to provide a fair feedback.
There are a few items in the jewelry goods.
Toys are always horrible, either built of cheap plastic, broken, or they need instructions that are not included. If you look for the instructions on line, you will find them in Chinese if you are lucky enough.
Handbags are a hit or miss. Some are excellent but other look made of cheap materials, dont look good and most of them do not match the descriptions. Some of them are so small that they dont have any purpose in a ladys closet. I have given them away to other people who would like to use them as make up bags or to my nieces to keep their shell collections.
Furthermore, half of the items appear as Delivered at 10:00 a.m. when in reality the mail gets delivered at 5:00 p.m. everyday. I dont understand how this is done since the postal service has informed me that they scan the items and give them the status of delivered at the time they are put in the mail boxes. My mail box is locked with a key. Only the postal service and I have a key of my mail box. So what has happened to some of my items (4) that appeared as delivered, never came and the sellers wont take responsibility? That is the million dollar question.
Overall, I think this site can be entertaining if you have money to give away. The owners of the site dont seem to oversee the suppliers, pictures, descriptions, etc. as they should be. Nothing will gives me the reassurance that they are watching my back. They do offer you to purchase an insurance, but of course it is not cheap.
The final observation is, the site offer easy returns, and there is a way to cancel items. If you cancel more than one item in certain amount of weeks, you are banned from bedding, yes you are penalized.
I think a higher authority should look into this site. Best of luck.
I've purchased 3 rings under $7 and I continue to receive compliments. I choose the auction method for my purchases.
