Plain and simple! An addiction (good or bad) is when one is "hooked" on one thing or another. In my case, it's Tophatter. Out of all my winning bids... and there have been many, many, many... I've only experienced two incidents where there was a problem and they were both settled in short order. In the majority of cases, the value of the won items far exceeded the the price of the winning bid. As I stated before, "I'm HOOKED!

I have had enjoyable experiences shopping at Tophatter. Numerous items were purchased and I'm satisfied with each one.

While I really want to love Tophatter, I just really dont. I have gotten a few items from there that are really great, as described, etc. For the most part, however, Ive found things to be cheap knockoffs of original items, or totally not even close to what I thought I was buying. They are very good at refunding, however. And they never post negative reviews, thus the 5 stars.

Very good experience. Only have had maybe 1 order that i had to get a refund on, but out of maybe 15 -20 items, that's not bad. And got that refund quick.

I love Tophatter, I started buying this past summer and can't wait for my order to arrive, I certainly will keep buying,

Have enjoyed my items from Tophatter. There have been a few bumps in the road with certain items, but they stepped in and made it right. Will continue to deal with them for great deals!

Ever since I found this site that's all I do is shop. It; s a great way to shop. The bidding adds a little excitement to the shopping experience. The prices are good, the jewelry is the greatest. Some of the items are made a little cheaply but you HAVE to read the description very closely to make sure of what you are getting.

So far i love the prices. And bidding. System... make it handy... the only hold back i have from given 5 stars is the shipping it takes forever to get somethings...

I LOVE TOPHATTER. 100% satisfied some items are a little to much for shipping but if you want it just dont look at shipping prices you make up for it on other items

Except for clothes being smaller than expected and the size of pictures, blankets and pictures being much smaller than the photo shows, I love everything else on here. All my Christmas this year is from Tophatter. Thank you to much.

The website is great easy & simple to use. Products to fit anyone's taste. If u have a problem the site works to correct it for u whether you're not happy with and item or bidded by accident

I doubt this will make it to your website but here goes. I'm paying for products I did not receive. Got nowhere with you people trying to resolve the problems. You misrepresent some of your products. Try to return something to China within your return timeframe! The products are junk! Your designer watch worked for 3 weeks, now it doesn't work at all, went to a watch store. They told me I got screwed!

I appreciate the timely way in which you respond to buying issues. I enjoy the products and the prices are great. When there is a problem, you immediately take care of it to great satisfaction. Custom support is great.
