Tophatter is the best you can bid on things without having to pay to bid. I find every order I get is fantastic, looks like what you are biding on. I would fully recommend to check this site out, you will find yourself addicted once you win your first purchase.
Was told it was free shipping for both my orders. Ended up paying 7 dollars for each item to be shipped... i contacted customer service. Showed them the original price quoted via text and the actual price being charged... they still said it was free shipping. Both times by two different reps. Which it most certainly was not... then my orders came to a certain price and more money then that was taken from my acct... im pretty upset as i cannot delete my acct and they have my visa number... sooooii not happy with this site...

Yes I have a question. I ordered merchandise on oct 12 and some of the items were suppose to ship next day. I have not rec and guess what my card has been charged. You cant call them, custom service never answer. I do believe this to be a scam.
I have 4 or 5 items ordered and did not receive. Customer service sucks, Dont charge any thing else on my card.

This app is a lot of fun. There are tons of items up for bid 24/7 and you can get some great deals. The only advice Id give is that you may want to research the item before you bid/buy it. Ive googled items that Ive bought and found them much cheaper online. Ive also seen them much more than what I paid. Make sure to read the fine print too. Sometimes theyll show a picture of something that is very expensive and its auctioning super low. Thats because you arent actually bidding on the item in the picture, its just an accessory.

All jewelry I've received, I would definitely not buy it if I'd seen it first hand, you couldn't even give to me for free. None of it looks like the photos. My biggest regret is I kept bidding and bidding and bidding and bidding, I could go on. I've spent well over a thousand dollars which includes shipping for a bunch of poor quality, low grade crap and this includes the clothes, electronics, etc. etc. Everyone needs to stay off this sight. The other site, Dollar Start is very similar and most like run by the same scammers from Tophatter. I just have to figure what the heck I'm going to do with this, I suppose I'll throw it all the Sally Ann donation box. Oh, and yes, I read the descriptions - they are all misleading!

Tophatter has been getting bad reviews. Well read the description before you bid or set a limit of what you will pay for something some items are very nice and authentic and sent and sold from the US some are toys from. China. We have been happy with 95% of what we bought the other 5% we told them we we're unhappy and not o ly did we get an immediate refund but was allowed to keep the item. Can't beat that. Have fun and realize some things are just toys

Tophatter is a fun auction site. Items pop up all the time and most of them look pretty good. The trick is to look up the item to see what a good price is for it BEFORE you bid on it. You will certainly miss out on that particular item but you can set a reminder to notify you the next time the item comes up for auction.

I ordered two silver bracelets of which were originally listed at. 925 sterling silver and showed a hallmark in the pictures/description. I would not have bid on them if they were not sterling. When they arrived, they were bent and are silver plate. $10 + shipping on a worthless piece of cheap metal.

Had an item show up broken it was a gift to someone special. They would not replace the item. Crushed my little ones hope of the gift what a crock. Said they didn't support replacement items. Terrible service

Don't waste your data or your dollars. The pictures look great but the products fail to deliver. The cost to return the junk is an added waste of money. The gold filled jewellery is not authentic. It's cheap and nasty and discounts in half a day. They should but don't refund you when you tell them it's garbage unless you return it. Do you really think it's acceptable to sell garbage and then charge us to return it?

You should ship all the stuffs that the bidder won no matter what price they got it. In my case my 3 smart watches that i won have a chance that the seller will cancel it because i won with a small amount
