I impress about information and all communication for customer that Tophatter has. Also quick delivery early that mostly that my ordered will be at my home while I am away for 15 days turn out a lots of them make me feel that I will have most of them before my long time trip with no worry much that gonna leave them at my mail box.

I have never been so upset with anyone like I have been with you. Please do not buy anything from cChina can't return it because it is a big rip off the item may cost you 12.00 to send it back will cost you 50.00 I am not kidding so now i am stuck with thing that do not fit. A mariou7ded guess what no batteries! This stuff is pure junk and china will rip game that doesn't do anything not a darn thing I put batteries in still just dead so now i am stuck with this thing that doesn't work I just opened something today no batteries but it said on batteries included on the box. I have more thing that don't work from china until i realized they are a scam. Be careful what you order most of it is junk.

I won two products and the money was withdrawn from account now can't find the items anywhere also got a pxp3 says it was suppose to be deliver on 10/17/2017 still not here and when I try to track it I can't cause the tracking number is stil in chinese I wrote customer service 4x and no response after initial contact

This site is fraud. Everything is cheap. They send what they want you to have instead of what you ordered then want you to pay for return shipment

Several items arrived broken or missing parts, an some are very good at a cheap price.Be careful buying electronic. All fishing purchases great.

On the first day of downloading the app I won 2 pieces of jewelry. I was notified at every step of the way and on receiving them both on the same day was extremely impressed with the quality of both items. Since then I have won 5 more items and have even started budgeting a certain amount out of every pay to bid on items. I LOVE the app.

Most of the sellers are from China and fairly respectful, yet I have experienced a few ripoff sellers.
Answer: There is also the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION that can help with these types of problems

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
