If you havent tried thus sit, what are you waiting for, I shop a lot, I have 34 employees, I get really good quality merchandise from Tophatter. Again if you havent tried it why not? You have nothing to loose except everything is at cost! Saves you money!

Everything I have ordered has been cheap and nothing like what the site stated. When I have tried to return the cost with tracking is at a minimum $65.00 to China. The returns to addresses in the US have been refused at the address and sent back to me. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF TOO!

I'm sorry to hear our services didn't meet your expectations. Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. On our platform, refund without return or prepaid return labels are provided to U.S.-based buyers until the buyer hits a threshold for free returns. For internationally located buyers, we provide a refund without return or some store credit to offset some of the cost of returning the item at their own expense until the buyer hits the threshold.
The acceptable return threshold is continuously calculated as a percentage of the buyer's total purchases. Once this threshold has been met, the cost of returning the item to the seller with tracking will be at the buyer's expense. When this happens, it is explained in the email buyers receive when they request a return, that they are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the buyer is provided with the seller's return address to facilitate the successful return of the order.
Unfortunately, you've requested returns in excess of the threshold, and we are unable to provide more free returns at this time.

I am so glad to find this site. No bids to purchase. Just bid and pay if you win. I've purchased over 22 items the first two days of bidding. It made my Christmas shopping easy. And Purchased items for myself. Very cheap bids for quality items. I still have more bidding to do... I'm gone.

Its very easy to get caught up in a bidding war. Its fun, adrenaline pumping and dangerous. Set a firm limit on the amount youll bid to. If you lose this one another will show up. They are not one of a kind items. Read the description carefully, decide what you like then go for it. It may take 6 listings But youll probably get it for the low price you want.

Love most of the jewelry... had one chain change from gold to dull gold. Had a bathing suit not fit correctly.
When I joined only had 24 hours to use the $10... looked for something to order but didn't find anything that day... really needs 48 hours.

Just a suggestion: When someone does a Reminder, once the bidding starts and the Page is showing that same item in several places, instantly line them up so that the item is not jumping around the page when other item bidding changes.

Most items are free shipping and bidding starts at just $1, if you dont get the winning bid, you can always set a reminder for when it pops up next and try again. Id give it a 5 star if ALL items were free shipping.^_^

Top hatter is deceptive, BUYER BEWARE! This app lists "retail value" (not the case) which leads you to believe your getting a phenomenal deal while bidding. Truth be told, go to eBay and you can find the exact same brand and style for a fraction of what you're winning bid will be. ALSO, they have sellers promoting "coins". At first glance they look authentic since the "retail value" is listed at what an original would be. However, upon closer review, they're copies and not intended for collection purposes... Enough said. I'm so aggravated with this app and don't recommend to anyone.

I just spent 20 minutes leaving a review with a badly broken left wrist and fractured right wrist. In closing, I said I wish my 2 major complaints would be remedied, and that my rating and friendly advice probably wouldn't even be read. Then, this came. Guess I was right.
Good experience but it will be very good if toll free phone and more info for the items and est. Delivery date.
