I bid on a teeth whitener product and what I received was a plastic toy looking object with a little light on the end of it, with no teeth whitener polish included. As if placing that little Xmas tree light in front of your teeth is actually going to work as a teeth whitener. If that were true I could have just used one of my extra Xmas tree lights that I already have... They should be honest in the descriptions of their products, although that would be too much like right these days. I decided to not even bother sending it back for a refund, not worth it. So I would suggest only "purchasing " items made in USA on top hatter but with caution.
Tophatter is great for picking up a little extra gift for someone! The prices cant be beat and shipping is low priced, with quick turn around.

Cheap useless stuff... takes ages to get delivered and is crap... most of this stuff is cheaper on Ebay... one of the things i bought was a coedless charger, the lights go on and thats about it, very disappointing, old saying, you get what you pay for. And no i haven't raised a dispute as it will just be a waist of my time.
